"Earth" refers to having layers of majestic palaces. "Petals" refers to a four-petaled lotus. "Four Messengers" refers to the four Dakinis and others who reside on such a lotus. "The Hero Who Turns the Wheel" means "all duality is absent, blissful." The hero means all duality is absent. The hero, like the wheel-turning king without duality, acts in bliss. "Not born from the womb, giving to the outside" means, by properly and truly meditating, through this excellent method, offering fire pujas to attain liberation. How to offer to the external realm? That is, space (kham) and so on. What is the form like? It is the self-form, like those forms residing in the four doors and four corners of the majestic palace, made with mantras. Viewing means one should meditate in the center of the wheel. Explaining these wheels is "the cause of accomplishing all siddhis." That is, in the heart of the Wisdom Sattva, visualize a white lotus, with a mark, seed syllable, and bindu. In its center, visualize a majestic palace where the mind, the nature of the three realms, resides. This palace is filled with billions of rays of light, possessing the appearance of radiating clouds of Buddhas. After the bindu yoga is complete, one should meditate on the subtle yoga. In the order of the lineage, starting from the Hum syllable, in the center of the mark, visualize the mandala as clear and vast as the sky, the dwelling place of supreme jewels, great bliss, an extremely subtle form, contracted to the size of a dust particle, with all beings residing in the Dakini's samaya, the limbs of pure, stainless wisdom and various colors, shining in various ways. Through exhaling and inhaling, the mind becomes stable and completely absorbed. Trembling, shaking, laughing, speaking, descending, fear, and likewise pulsation, thinking about these for seven days, without a doubt, one will see a definite result. Explaining such a wheel is the meaning of "Great Vajra Essence." The Ocean of Wisdom refers to the wheel shown in the first chapter. Similarly, the number here is not fixed. The union of messengers without duality means that the sequence of mantras is very difficult to obtain.

Furthermore, if recitation and meditation are fully present, then this matter will surely be accomplished, have no doubt about it. These are the explanations of the glorious Hevajra, from the chapter called "The Place of Accomplishment Methods," the explanation of the thirty-fourth chapter. Chapter Thirty-Five: Explanation of the Ritual for Redeeming Death at the Wrong Time and Non-Dual Action. Next is the detailed explanation of the supreme action, demonstrating it thoroughly according to the order. Among them, "order" refers to the transmission from one to another, meaning that it comes without error from the lineage of the guru. Combining the offering of non-duality and self-nature. Among them, "offering of non-duality" refers to the non-duality of method and wisdom, it is their union. By reciting there with its self-nature, it is accomplished most supremely. The actions should be well combined separately. This refers to pacification and so on. Which are the mantras to be accomplished? They are the eight classes of beings. What is the order of classifying them? What are the mantras of the expresser, the messenger, and so on? Among them, the expresser refers to the thirty-three classes of beings. The messenger should be combined with the nature of the root. The word "and so on" refers to the twenty-four heroes. The mantras of those are: "By the force of the arrow, it completely revolves." Among them, the arrow is the wind. The force is the way it moves, force means it moves by its force, it revolves as it moves, and it moves as it revolves. The secret mantra that mutually follows and combines is: "Combining and gathering with Āli and Kāli." Each is distinguished by its own place. This refers to placing them in the heart, throat, navel, and crown, placing them in those places. Then hold the garland of seed syllables. The letter Hūṃ abides at the end. This refers to drawing and placing the letter Hūṃ in the most supreme place. Among them, the meaning here is that in the center of the right and left sides, the sixteen vowel letters abide facing upwards, and the consonants Ka and so on face downwards, like that in the center of the garland of the two classes of beings. And it is also said like that: "In the right and left channels, the twelve vowel letters abide, it is said that they face upwards, and the letter Ka and so on are also fully present."
