When holding (the consort), the retinue should also be held; the woman who possesses the collection of the forest of afflictions such as desire is the mudra. Like that, that itself, with all purity, transforms into the path of enlightenment. Its utter purity, extreme clarity, having reached the ultimate, therefore it is said to be the supreme of places, the place where Dharma arises. Like that, it is praised by all the Tathagatas, therefore it is precious, because it is born into a special collection of mudra women such as the Vajra family. Like that, that itself is the nature of great bliss, the reason for being immovable is the mountain cave, because the inferior winds of outsiders etc. blow fiercely and do not move. Inferior beings with small minds cannot go, therefore it is dense. Because it is a cave filled with the nectar of the victors, it is also a cave. The so-called banks of the great river mean that through the correct union of its means and wisdom, the deep, compassionate, wise, and vast riverbed, like an ocean, is the water's edge. The so-called primordially accomplished means completely perfect, constantly accomplished, free from birth and death, constantly equal to space. The so-called charnel ground is because the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas etc. are burned by the fire of desire etc., therefore it is a charnel ground. Or, because of the equality of all things, it is especially extended to all sentient beings' continuums, therefore it is called a charnel ground. The so-called "there" refers to such a special place. The so-called mandala is the essence, it is the mandala that receives and holds it. The so-called should be drawn means that one should contemplate it in this way with the mind. The external meaning is easy to understand, as mentioned above. So, why is it called a mandala? That itself also comes from the tantra called "The Supreme of Names": The supreme mandala is that very glory, Heruka himself is the supreme wisdom, the mandala is the lotus of བྷ་ག་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Bhaga, Auspicious), taken from the body of the sow. There the mandala gathers, the mandala is supreme bliss, the mandala is the hero yogini, the union of the two is that very thing, contemplate the self as equal to that, that itself is the deity's that, the that of mantra and mudra, that itself is the sacred mandala.

Having practiced all the limbs, Abandoning the object to be examined and the examiner, Transcending vowels and bindus, That itself is the supreme mandala. If one truly examines all phenomena, Then it is said to be all mandalas. Perfectly pure, like the sky, A mandala of equality in attachment and non-attachment. Like a blazing padmaraga, A mind of intense desire for blood, That itself is the sacred mandala. Whatever abides in all realms, Form and formless, utterly stainless, The mind itself that stirs thoughts, That itself is said to be supreme in the mandala. The mandala is said to be the body mandala, The mandala of speech is that itself, The mind of bodhichitta is the mandala, The three should be regarded as mandalas. That itself is the omniscient mandala, Completely encompassing the three realms, stable and moving. The commentary on the glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara, called "The Abiding Place of All Methods of Accomplishment," explanation of the first chapter. Chapter Two: Explanation of the Ritual of Offering to the Retinue. Now, in the second chapter, in order to show the action of the ground, "to that" and so on are spoken. Here, "to that" refers to the place as spoken. "Being born" refers to what has not fallen and should be started. "The mandala ground should be anointed" and so on, shows the action of the ground, and the details of these should be understood from the methods of accomplishment of the mandala. "In the charnel ground, one should practice," means that one should manifestly gather all substances arising from the charnel ground into five colored powders. Black powder should be made from the ashes of burnt corpses. Red powder should be made from bricks. White powder should be made from human bone ash. Yellow powder should be made from orpiment and burnt bone ash. Green powder should be made by mixing human bone ash and green leaf powder. "One should draw the terrifying mandala," means with those (powders), it is the supreme manifestation of the Chakravartin king. "The teacher, highly qualified," means one who is skilled in the consecration ritual. "Knowing the union" means abiding in samadhi, which is what is said, "going to the other shore." And also, only at the very beginning, when all sins are washed away by the water of emptiness like an ocean,
