Recite "AKA NI JALA SAMBARA HUM HUM PHAT SVAHA," with constant joy in a devoted mind, with the yoga of gathering, possessing the great vajra conduct, and without distraction. Om Shri Buddha Dakah Ah Bhrum Hum Dakini Jala Sambara Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Om Dhri Karma Dakah Ah Kham Hum Dakini Jala Sambara Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Om Shri Padma Dakah Ah Hrih Hum Dakini Jala Sambara Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Om Shri Tan Dakah Ah Om Hum Dakini Jala Sambara Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Om Shri Vajra Varahi Vam Hum Hum Phat Svaha. In this way, it is said that all the dakinis recite this mantra very well. This is to take vows and samayas, and to achieve greatly like a vajra. Inviting the supreme, intermediate, and inferior. Such as these, wherever they reside, one should remember to bless those who have previously attained accomplishment and possess vows. The supreme is the co-emergent. The intermediate is the field-born mother. The inferior is the mantra-born mother. All things born from them. Therefore, such things are very definite. It is said that it is the substance residing in the veins, everything born from the union of the two roots. The five amritas and so on, born from that cause, mixed with wine and blood, and placed on a skull cup with a triangular mandala drawn on it. Above and the horizontal, below and the dwelling, arise as the directions and intermediate directions. Then, for those foods, consecrate with the three realities mantra, drink and eat the supreme of those vows, and offer them to the yoginis who are truly united. The lama and the arrow master Vajradhara listen, and with this, pray to the vow holders. I always take and keep many vows. The world always acts with the left. It is said that in order to accomplish the happiness of those who practice the left path, in order to protect happiness, the great yogi practices in the space of the sky. The left path and the assembly of the left are extremely beautiful, the lord of the three worlds, all the supreme meanings are clearly stated and victorious.
