It means that using food is equivalent to practicing vows, and thus one will become pure. "Secret mantras should not be given to anyone." It means exactly what it says. "Messenger woman's attachment, constant liberation." It means that in a state of great joy, external yogis should be equipped with great armor, etc. "One should also enjoy what transcends." It means that if one has not been well-trained, one should study well and enjoy those who have good fortune. "Dwelling in joy with those of low birth, service itself is not to be done." It means that birth refers to castes such as Brahmins, and they should not be accepted. Why is that? Because they are not vessels for supreme union, so respect should not be shown to them. For mothers, etc., one should conform to whatever is the correct union. Otherwise, their asceticism will be exhausted. "Summon the supreme and the inferior together." It means that if one uses food through peaceful summoning, it will become the practice of vows, and one will become pure from it, so do not doubt. "Thus, things are in that way." It means that it is determined by the ultimate truth itself. "The world," etc., means exactly what it says. "One should use food once." It means that if one uses food together with those who practice vows, the mantra practitioner will attain accomplishment. The rest means exactly what it says. "Beef," etc., are things that greatly harm the teachings, and they should be completely destroyed.
