We are bound by ignorance, and our cries will eventually be determined. Only through that can we be liberated, and through wisdom and skillful means, we attain happiness. So it is said. Furthermore, beings are bound by unbearable actions, whatever they may be. If they possess skillful means, then through that very means, they are liberated from the bonds of existence. So it is said. The meaning of this is that beings are bound by any actions, such as the ten non-virtuous actions, which produce great suffering, such as the great cries of hell. If they possess skillful means, then they are liberated by that very means, and not by any other. So why are non-Buddhists, such as those of noble birth, not liberated? Therefore, it is said, "If they possess skillful means," because they abide in possessing skillful means, they are considered to possess skillful means. Here, the term "skillful means" refers to the understanding that all things are false, that the appearance of external objects is inverted, and that the nature of the mind itself is not truly existent. When observed with discriminating thought, there is no grasper or grasped. So it is said. The meaning of this is that those of noble birth and others are attached to the inverted views of self and what belongs to self, and their minds are confused. Therefore, they experience the suffering of the great cries of hell and other sufferings caused by the ten non-virtuous actions. This is because they are not skilled in the true view that all these things are false. For example, those who do not know the true nature of poison and eat poison experience suffering. But those who know the true nature of poison, what need is there to mention the great suffering of death and so on? Instead, they are reborn as gods. Therefore, it is said: For those who are extremely fierce and cruel, tranquility will not be of benefit. But those who have tranquility within themselves will act as heroes with courage. Therefore, knowing how to meditate on the mandala of glorious Heruka, the great wrathful one, with the true nature of selflessness, even if one is free from desire, there is no contradiction in showing it in this way because one possesses great compassion. Moreover, as it is said in the glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra: Non-conceptual wisdom arises from the meaning of reality, the types of desire, hatred, and ignorance, the vehicle of...

The supreme and unsurpassed, it accomplishes the most excellent of siddhis. Those of low caste, such as bamboo weavers, and those who seek meaning in killing, can also achieve in this unsurpassed Mahayana. Even sentient beings who commit great sins such as the five inexpiable sins, the Vajrayana is like an ocean, and they can achieve in this supreme vehicle. Those who disparage the guru from the heart will not achieve even if they practice. Sentient beings who kill, those who delight in lying, those who are attached to the wealth of others, those who constantly engage in desire, and those who eat feces and urine, they can all become vessels for practice. As it is said. Therefore, know that it is also very good to visualize the Bhagavan Vajrasattva as the great Chakravartin, holding various sharp weapons in his hands, having three eyes like the rising sun, and having four faces, most of which are terrifying. Like the great Chakravartin, glorious Heruka has obtained victory over all beings from the hordes of demons, therefore glorious Heruka is the one who completely liberates beings from demons. At that time, if one asks why he has not exhausted the hordes of demons that harm the Three Jewels, etc., and the inferior ones still seem to be causing harm every day, this is very rare. Although there are things like jewels, mantras, and medicines that can do such things, they do not accept beings with great faults such as diseases. Similarly, although the Bhagavan, the possessor of great compassion, has already dwelt in exhausting the demons of all beings, due to the non-holy Dharma karma that flows in beginningless samsara, the individual deteriorations that are passed from one to another, thereby extremely transgressing the Three Jewels, etc., to the extent that heretics, etc., suffer the pain of loud cries, what fault does the Bhagavan have? The Buddha Bhagavan is only diligent in showing others the path of manifest increase and definite goodness. That is: The Tathagata is only a teacher, you do it yourselves. Thus
