"Abiding in the Fish" refers to those born from fields, born from mantras, and those born together, such as mothers, i.e., goddesses like the eyes. One should make offerings to them by engaging in non-discriminating, non-dual union. As it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "To mothers, sisters, and daughters, by delighting them with desirous minds, one obtains the great accomplishment of the supreme vehicle's Dharma-nature. In the realms of the principal Buddhas, those with non-discriminating minds and wisdom, even if they please them, are not stained; they will achieve Buddhahood." As such, through the stages of hearing, contemplating, and meditating, when the non-dual mind arises towards them, one should make such offerings. If one is not a female messenger and the mind has not become purified, making such offerings will give rise to doubt, and one will be born in hells such as the Calling Out hell. Likewise, being tormented by desire for such objects and acting with a bad nature, if one considers oneself a superior nihilistic practitioner, one will also be born in hells and experience great suffering due to untimely death and so on. Encountering such a practitioner, even the places one frequents will lead to hell. Therefore, if one thinks that the guru is non-discriminating, the guru will fall because of this, so one should not act in this way. Because it is said, "The guru and disciple will both be pleased." Therefore, it is said, "Whoever constantly bestows mantras, the ritual of that very nature is taught." This means that if one bestows secret mantras upon any evil person, and the non-dual mind manifests through the mantras and so on, then at that time one can make offerings, but otherwise not, so the Tathagata intended. "Going from the left" means that when seeing a woman or a man, one goes from the left side. Thus, even if it is very far away, one will know. This is the meaning. "There is no union other than Heruka" means that there is no yoga superior to Heruka. Therefore, it is said, "The guru is the Yogini herself," meaning that the basis of that yoga is the supreme guru himself.
