The spoken content should be explained as it is. The remaining parts are easy to understand. Mindfulness of the body is the Dakini. Mindfulness of feelings is the Lama. Mindfulness of Dharma is the Many-born Mother. Mindfulness of mind is the Form Mother. Whether spoken or unspoken, all of these reside in glorious Heruka. The so-called spoken and unspoken, that is, the spoken and unspoken, all of these reside in the glorious Shri Heruka Chakrasamvara Mandala. Others say that even those not mentioned should be understood as meanings to be practiced. Still others say that it should be understood as the arising of glorious Heruka. Kalden Drakpa says that the spoken and unspoken, that is, the spoken and unspoken, all the mandala purifications etc. spoken in the Yogini Tantras and all the Yoga Tantras, even if not all are spoken, the glorious Chakrasamvara is the essence of all mantras, therefore the yogi should practice here. Commentary on Chapter Three is complete. Chapter Four, Explanation of Establishing the Non-duality of Hero and Yogini. Then, the Yoginis, in all the realms, are those who play in various ways. The Teacher's view is that in the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, the Dakinis, the unspeakable and the unspeakable, manifestly pervade and abide. The Dakinis, the unspeakable and the unspeakable, also appear in dreams to the worldly beings who dwell in all the realms, that is, the three realms, and therefore, in order to be fearless, they listen for perfect enlightenment. They play in various ways, truly awaken, and embrace them, which means appearing in dreams. Among them, which goddesses are the most important and necessary for realization, these are now explained. The miraculous foot of desire is the extremely wrathful one. The miraculous foot of diligence is the wrathful-eyed one. The miraculous foot of discernment is the radiant one. The miraculous foot of mind is the great-nosed one. The power of faith is the heroic-minded one. The diligence of

The faculty of eye is Kharbarī. The faculty of memory is the sovereign mother of Lanka. The faculty of samādhi is the tree shade. The faculty of wisdom is Airāvatī. The power of faith is the great terrifying mother. The power of diligence is the mother with the force of wind. The power of memory is the mother who drinks what is cut off. The power of samādhi is the blue-green goddess. The power of wisdom is the exceedingly good mother. The limb of perfect enlightenment of samādhi is the horse-ear mother. The limb of perfect enlightenment of diligence is Khagānā. The limb of perfect enlightenment of joy is the mother with the force of the wheel. The limb of perfect enlightenment of perfect pliancy is Khaṇḍarohā. The limb of perfect enlightenment of discriminating dharma is the liquor-selling mother. The limb of perfect enlightenment of memory is the mother with the armor of the wheel. The limb of perfect enlightenment of equanimity is the exceedingly brave mother. Perfect view is the mighty mother. Perfect thought is the wheel-turning mother. Perfect speech is the great diligent mother. Master Indrabhūti said that these twenty-four goddesses all have one face and two arms. The young woman master, the incense-mixture master, and the conduct master said that these range from having two arms up to having a hundred thousand arms. Similarly, the glorious Uḍḍiyāna master said that there is no fixed number of arms. In the oral instructions of the glorious Indrabhūti master, it is said that the one residing in the heart wheel is black, the one residing in the speech wheel is red, and the one residing in the body wheel is white. The glorious Uḍḍiyāna master said that the color of all of them is like the body color of the main deity. In the guru's oral instructions, it is said that the forms of these should be meditated upon as matching their names. By "reciting one's own name," etc., it is shown that the mantras of these yoginīs are: to add oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the beginning and hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:हुँ हुँ फट्,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:吽吽啪特) at the end to each of their names. "Similar to grass eaten by others and by worms" means that just as grass eaten by worms becomes without essence, similarly, other than the glorious Cakrasaṃvara
