In order to show the ritual of all the actions of the mantras of all the mothers, the forty-seventh chapter is to be explained. Then, it is to be explained correctly, that is, "the essence of all the dakinis," etc., is said to be the essence of all the dakinis spoken of in the chapter being explained. Or, it is by reciting the essence mantras of all the dakinis, such as the extremely wrathful mother, which will be explained in the forty-eighth chapter. In order to show the power of the mantras, it is said, "The fruit of all siddhis arises," etc. The foot of hunger is the foot of a crow. In the "Precious Garland of Difficult Esoteric Meanings" of the glorious Chakrasamvara, the chapter on the ritual of all the actions of the essence of all the dakinis, that is, the forty-seventh chapter. The forty-eighth chapter, showing the secret mandala of the abode of all heroes and yoginis. After showing the chapter on the ritual of all the actions of the essence of all the dakinis, in order to explain the ritual of the secret mandala of the abode of all heroes and dakinis, the forty-eighth chapter is to be shown. Then, it is also to be explained, "Whatever is the virtue of all the dakinis," etc., all the dakinis refer to the twenty-four, such as the extremely wrathful mother. Their virtue is that which becomes the cause of virtue. The essence is the mantra of all the yoginis, which accomplishes all desired meanings. If one asks whether it is necessarily so, then it is said, "By merely remembering," etc. That mantra is to be explained, namely, “ཧཱ་སྭཱ་ཊ་ཕ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཡེ་ནཱི་རྞཱ་བཛྲ་བ་ཡེ་ནཱི་ཀི་ཌཱ་དྷ་དབུ་རྦས་ཨོཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning)”, by reciting this mantra, it is accomplished, meaning that without relying on prior practice, etc., it accomplishes all actions. In order to briefly explain the mandala that is the source of those mantras, it is said, "It is the source of all the dakinis," etc. The so-called good mountain refers to Mount Meru, which has the nature of the seven precious substances, has eight peaks, and is complete with flowers and fruits. After shaping it, place vases of gold, silver, etc., in the palace above it. How is that to be done?
