Ah! Limbs and subdivisions are limbs. All limbs are the lords of stability and movement. The so-called "all limbs are the lords of stability and movement" refers to all the limbs that are not Heruka. The so-called "nature of stability and movement," stability refers to places and directions, and movement refers to all living beings. That which possesses this nature is the earth, etc., which is the nature of stability and movement. What is that? "The place is the land of supreme accomplishment." And so on. Whose lands are those? It is the realm of Shri Heruka. The so-called "these are the lands of inner nature," etc., the realm of the nature of the emanation body of Heruka, the realm is the wandering lands. Shown by the letter Pu, etc. The Tantra and therein: puja om a ghora dema, ka om triko kala kahi, pre gri so suna sima ku. After explaining the outer lands, the inner nature is explained based on the wheel of the body, as it is said, "Everywhere endowed with hands and feet," etc., it should be distinguished from the letter Pu, etc., to Jalandhara, etc. In the Precious Collection of Difficult Explanations of the Glorious Wheel-Decree Tantra, the fiftieth chapter concerning the empowerment fire offering and places, etc., to be shown. // // Chapter Fifty-one. Teaching Mantras. Having spoken of the empowerment fire offering and places, etc., and the lands, in order to teach the mantras, the fifty-first chapter should be taught. As it is said, "After that, there are still things to be taught, mantras are extremely difficult to obtain," etc., it should be connected to the fact that after an extremely long time, the order of mantras should be taught. The so-called "hidden" is extremely secret. If it is said to be hidden, how should it be taught? As it is said, "The hero speaks in symbols," the symbols by which heroes understand each other are the symbols of heroes. What is said by it is said in the symbols of heroes. How many are there? As it is said, "Those are fourteen," etc. What are those fourteen? As it is said, "The garment is endowed with five seals," etc., the garment is a tiger skin. Or the place where one dwells is the garment, that is, the palace. The five seals, etc., are the five wisdoms like mirrors.

The limb of wisdom refers to the four vajras: first, emptiness bodhicitta. Second, the collection of seeds. Third, the perfection of images. Fourth, the writing of letters. Thus it is said. The net of the kīla is the wrathful kīla, the vajra fence and net, banner, arrow net, and fire pit, etc. Saying "Āli Kāli." It means transforming into the image of the moon and sun. Cause, etc., is the preliminary of emptiness. It means that cause is what produces, and where it initially exists, that is cause, etc., which is the arising of actions, etc. Emptiness by it is emptiness by cause, etc., which is the fourth wisdom of diligent accomplishment of action. As it is said: All actions of the Buddhas, without appearance and without basis, unborn, unmade, pure, abandoning reality and unreality. Thus it is said. From that, the preliminary of that path is the discriminating wisdom by the third. Entering sound, etc. It means that the vajra-holder of cause enters, which is the sound that becomes the cause of arising, the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,Hūṃ) with four states. Etc. refers to the signs of the moon and sun. The combination of what is gathered. It means that the combination of those three gathered together is the combination of diligent accomplishment. The meaning of satisfying with nectar is that the great vajra-holder with the nature of the extremely pure dharma-dhātu should be invited. The meaning of transcending suffering is, it means, eliminating the other with the other than that. The meaning of the offering of the hand is to do it with the realization mentioned before. If the yogi with the characteristics mentioned is about to die, what other body is thought of? At the time of transference, it is said that the yogi, etc., other beings die and go to the world of Yama, and the yogi also relies on a special place because he has completely abandoned the previous karma. Therefore, one will be taken to the abode of the ḍākinīs. Thus it is said, etc., liberated from all elaborations, and doing the benefit of all sentient beings, so it is the place, that is, the place of gathering the two bodies, the naturally luminous mind.
