To offer in order and without exceeding the order is sequence. To be non-dual through offering is non-dual offering. To combine for that purpose is the combination of non-dual offering, and the action of its nature is the offering of non-dual combination. Whatever mantra is joined to those actions is perfectly accomplished. Of those eight groups, it speaks of the distinctions of classified actions. This is its meaning. How does this division of actions, the distinctions of the spoken mantras, change? "Mantras such as the messengers of the lineage." Among others, lineage is the collection of letters, that is, thirty-two. The female messenger is the yogini of the nature of the channels. From where do those first come? Those purified ones are the female messengers of the lineage, etc., that is, the twenty-four heroes. The lineage of the female messengers, etc., is the mantra, that is, the mantra of the lineage and the female messengers, etc. Because the lineage and the female messengers, etc., are mantras, therefore the classification of mantras is also spoken. What is the classification of actions, what is that action like? "Completely revolves like the force of an arrow." It is said that the force of the arrows is to go like an arrow. That going is also the division of right and left, two kinds, where does it completely revolve? It is the mantra that completely revolves like the force of an arrow. "Secret mantras combined with each other." Among them, mutually refers to the two Ali Kali, which are the two Ali Kali. It is the collection of combinations. "Separated by their own sides." Among them, the sides are four, that is, they are distinguished in the navel, heart, throat, crown, etc. "Seized from there by the seed garland." Among them, from where it is gathered, from there it is drawn out, and it is highly absorbed into the letter Hum. This is to be represented by this meaning: in the middle of the two sides, left and right, the twelve vowel letters stand looking upwards, and the two garlands of Ka, etc., looking downwards, are made the essence. Ali Kali is there, those two are, from those the collection of actions arises. As it is said: "On the right and left sides, the twelve vowel letters reside. All the Ka, etc., revolve around, it is correctly said to be looking upwards."

By observing with desire, how are the two sides of the middle way combined? The goddess said thus, the root is the very nature of sound. Thus it is said. If what is to be accomplished is obstructed, it is called obstruction, which is walking, light, and complete rigidity. Therefore, what is to be accomplished turns into the Buddha's body of great bliss without outflows. If asked where to go? The answer is: not even one step is taken. Because walking is obstructed, there is no direction to go, not even one step is taken far. This is the meaning. By obstruction, what is to be accomplished is accomplished. To accomplish what is to be accomplished, not only is not even one step taken, but how is the obstruction itself? That which has become combined and combined. Thus it is said, etc. By combining Āli and Kāli, the combination of wisdom and means is the combination, it is the Vajra Garland. Thus it is said. Embracing and binding with the hands is said to be the characteristic of obstruction. As it is said: Because means and wisdom are equally established, it is said to be combined. Embracing with both hands is said to be the Vajra Garland. Thus it is said, etc. The Vajra itself is unfolded. Thus it is said. The lotus is the Vajra unfolded. There are two kinds of lotus, namely the nature of wisdom and the nature of limbs. Wisdom is wisdom. Vajra is non-dual, namely the directional deity. Likewise, revolve like a bee. Thus it is said. Revolve as if Vajra arises in the lotus. It is said that by the order of striking the supreme group, everything should be moved. Again it is said, Vajra should separate the lotus, because it arises and wants to make honey, revolving is said to be moving, know all the bliss of that. Thus it is said. By the iron hook itself, hook. Thus it is said. By the iron hook of desire, all the Tathagatas should be hooked. By stirring with the pestle. Thus it is said. The pestle is for the sake of stirring. By the water of its substance, all things are stirred, therefore it destroys all the afflictions such as greed, therefore it is called pestle. Of the Vajra
