Arising and giving, that is, arising. In another case, manifesting and giving is manifestation, which is a form with hands and feet, etc. Being perfected by this form, it will definitely arise from manifestation. Thus, offering to the hero who has become a form is the ritual. So, who is the hero who has become such a form and is also being offered? It should be explained based on the aforementioned aspects, mentioning "self-nature" etc. The accomplished yogi, in the form of glorious Heruka, does not look to the other side, but only offers to himself. Is it offering what should not be offered? Or is it offering what should be offered? All Buddhas and others offer. Regarding the statement "All Buddhas are the offerings of those heroes and yoginis," let alone other Buddhas such as Vairochana, even heroes such as Half-Cut and yoginis such as Extremely Wrathful Mother also offer, therefore, the yogi should understand that only what should be offered is offered. If you want to know what the offering will become, then "all heroes and yoginis, the stable and the moving," meaning that by offering only oneself, ultimately the stable and the moving, in short, is offering everything in the three realms. Thus it is shown. By offering only oneself, one also offers the three realms, so what kind of yogi is this? "Brothers and lovers are offered together," among them, the brothers are the twenty-four heroes, and the lovers are the thirty-seven yoginis. By offering them, one is offering everything, not just staying in the pride of Heruka, that is the meaning. If they are offered, then where can the state of oneness be found? "Dwelling in the assembly of peace," among them, peace is the moon. There, gathered into one, gathered there, and truly abiding in its form, meaning that dwelling in that assembly of peace, one can find the state of oneness. If those who have merged into the assembly of peace do not have their own self-nature, then what will become of the offerer, the offered, and the offering? One should not think like this, the nature of offering is like that.

Because it is a son! As it is said: Accustoming to the state of non-existence, Meditating on the form of the deity, Equality is the great offering, It thoroughly accomplishes all Buddhas. As it is said. All is accomplished by bliss, It is difficult to accomplish by asceticism. As it is said. When heroes and heroines dissolve into the moon, thinking, where can that moon be found? To this, the answer has been told long ago: In that wisdom, it should not be shown. (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་དེར་ནི་བསྟན་མི་བྱ།) And so on. The meaning of this is: It is only to find the moon, but by what wisdom is it obtained? The Blessed One will not show it to those who have no fortune and are not at all endowed. If you think, how will the difference be known? Then the difference should be repeated and explained separately, such as "Brothers and sons together." (Tibetan: སྤུན་དང་བུ་རྣམས་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ།) In this sentence, brother refers to the yogi mentioned in this tantra. Sons and daughters refer to heroes and heroines. The unification of their forms is the brothers and sons together. Being together with that is the brothers and sons together, meaning that the forms of brothers and sons are inseparable. "All arising of happiness and suffering." (Tibetan: བདེ་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བ།) In this sentence, happiness refers to nirvana, and suffering refers to samsara. Those two truly arise, which is all arising of happiness and suffering. In that, it is in that moon. If that is the case, then for that reason, should it not be said? If so, how can the wise know? "Mantra and likewise mudra." (Tibetan: སྔགས་དང་དེ་བཞིན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དང༌།) In this sentence, merely bending and arising is mantra. That which is completely transformed is the mudra with signs. Those two should only be explained, that is the meaning. After indicating the cause of the fire offering, the fire offering should be explained. "Practicing on pure food." (Tibetan: དག་བྱེད་ཟས་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་ནི།) And so on. The moon that is well accomplished by rituals is pure food. One should enjoy the food that arises from peace or is pure. What is that? What is it like? The so-called pure, pure means that at the time of the vow, one has done what should be done, whoever possesses this, that is the one who has done the vow practice, that is, the yogi mentioned earlier. The prohibitions of the yogi who enters the vow practice should be explained, such as "Secret mantras should not be given to anyone." (Tibetan: གསང་སྔགས་སུ་ལ་འང་སྦྱིན་མི་བྱ།) And so on.
