Whoever practices is deluded by desire, and it has been shown that he is not a vessel for accomplishment. How should they be worshiped? It is non-duality and unobstructedness. What is meant by dividing into two is two: this is wisdom, this is means. Individually understanding and closely enjoying is attachment. How can it not be dual? It should be worshiped in such an unobstructed way. The practice of vows should be practiced. The practice of vows is the practice of any of the five vows, which is the difference of how it is transformed. In order to show the eight vows, it is mentioned to practice women and so on. The goddess of the nature of speech is the woman. Practice is action. Agitation is the accomplishment of perfection. Brahma is the perfect result. Practice is protecting it. Meditation is abiding as it is by meditating on that very thing. What is called non-anger is not entering into the senses. The practice of all tantras arises from the root path, and these are the eight vows. Because the words of the sentence are not the main ones, agitation and meditation are the first there. In terms of meaning, it is made the end of the seventh. In order to take up the vows that have been spoken, the practitioner should always know. As it is said and so on, the practitioner should always know those eight vows, that is, again and again. It should not be forgotten. Why is that? What is called abiding in the practitioner, because the practice is the way of the cause of accomplishment, abiding in it, therefore it is for this reason. Or what is called abiding in the practitioner, because of the practice it is what is to be practiced, abiding in that union, it is abiding in what is to be practiced. Because without practice, the meaning of accomplishment cannot be accomplished by mere action. It is not by relying on this tantra that these vows are shown, but in order to show others as well. What is called the common of all tantras, as it is said and so on, showing vows is the common of all tantras, not the tantra of individual determination. Who says that? With what nature do you worship these?

If one thinks that one should not abandon, then one should not refute what is beyond reason. Thus it is said, and so on. Beyond reason, that is, those who have not seen other reasons, despising this non-characteristic reason is without reason, and should not be despised by them. If one does not know the excellent branch of entering, how should one hold it? Only faith is to be taken. Thus it is said, and so on. Faith with the characteristic of generating joy in the mind, only those who grant accomplishments should be held. Merely entering like the eye taking form is without reason, and it has the fault of holding as two inferior ones, so it should not be held, thus it is contemplated. In order to show the greatness of the characteristic of proclaiming the granting of accomplishments, this secret should not be shown to others. Thus it is said, and so on. In order to enable those who understand actions but cannot obtain accomplishments to obtain accomplishments, the lotus little finger of the wise should be turned. Thus it is said, and so on. The lotus little finger, that is, the navel little finger blessed by it, should be turned, thus it is connected. Whose is that? The messenger woman is the true place. Thus it is said, and so on. It means the messenger women who have characteristics. After showing the messenger woman, in order to show the characteristics of the practitioners, purity and impurity are mixed. Thus it is said, and so on. The pure one is the one who has vows. The impure one is the one who truly engages in impure things. The mixed one is the behavior of both. It is shown that these three will also be accomplished with mudras. After showing the characteristics of the teacher, in order to show the characteristics of the disciple, the one who makes joy is extremely pure, and so on. Thus it is said, and so on. The one who makes joy is the one who follows like the shadow of the teacher. The extremely pure one is the one who does virtuous deeds. The one who makes bright is the one who is diligent in offering to the teacher. The one who has qualities is the one who understands the treatises on craftsmanship. In the "Difficult Explanation of the Glorious Kalachakra Tantra, A Collection of Jewels," the twenty-sixth chapter, which is the chapter on the complete examination of disciples and the ritual of vows, is completed. Chapter Twenty-Seven: Explaining the ascetic practices, offerings, and the ritual of Torma.
