The wheel of speech is in the water, the wise should contemplate it. Abiding in the mandala of fire, the wheel of the mind is great bliss. Abiding in the great power mandala, the vow wheel is unsurpassed. There is the wisdom mandala itself, one should contemplate meditation. Pleasing with offerings and praises, until weariness does not arise, the yogi should meditate. One should remember the purification of faults, and the wheel of deities of the mandala, which is also explained as the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. Among them, purity and bliss, and permanence, and the antidote to the four perversions of the nature of self, are the four mindfulnesses, namely: mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of dharmas, and mindfulness of the mind. Mindfulness is the non-confusion of the object of experience, which is the mindfulness. It is also the distinction of the qualities of the mind that is the antidote to forgetfulness and distinguishes the objects previously experienced. Among them, the body is a collection of elements. Feeling is the experience of happiness and so on. Dharma is the true limit. The mind is the separate appearance, like an optical illusion. Remembering them is abiding, that is, remembering the body and so on. Diligence, faith, and desire, etc., which are the antidotes to non-virtue and conformity, attachment, anger, and so on.
