Blood drips from the mouth. Embraced by two legs is the lord of great bliss and compassion. By combining the iron hook in one's own heart, one summons the wheel of wisdom. After summoning the wheel of wisdom, one engages in offering and praise. There, arranging the order of places, this is the supreme inner yoga. The head is Pullahari, Malaya, Khandakapala, and the extremely fierce one. The crown of the head is Jalandhara, the great skeleton and the fierce man-eater. The right ear is Uddiyana, the warrior skeleton and the radiant one. Behind is Arbuda, with protruding teeth and the great-nosed mother, is the place. In Godavari, the left ear is the enemy of the gods and the wisdom mother of the warrior. In the middle of the eyebrows is Rameshvari, Amitabha and the short mother. The two eyes are Devikota, vajra light and the sovereign mother of Lanka. The two shoulders are Malava, vajra body and tree shade, are nearby places. The heart wheel is the sky.
