Now, showing the power of those without mind, it is said, "All clouds," etc. Trembling is to frighten, to shake. It means to make into pieces. To rain is to bring down rain, and raining is to bring down rain from the clouds. The rest is easy to understand. Rivers refer to those with strong currents. To the question, "What does this do?" it is answered, "It can reverse the senses." Senses are a word from the same category. Because it can dominate, it is a sense, meaning it negates the actions of dominating with and without mind. To shake is to play. By saying "tree," etc., it means to make the mindless also like the mindful. All mantras mean that by the power of the mantra entering, it can also seize. This shows the seizing of speech. All siddhis refer to all siddhis such as taking essences. It means to seize the objects of accomplishment, etc. To make the desired food move means to take what is desired in the mind from others. To send back refers to mantras, etc. The power of the mantra belonging to the body, it is said, "form," etc., which shows many hands and faces, etc., themselves. If desired, it means that if the yogi desires, he can see, and if he does not desire, he cannot see, achieving invisibility, possessing the power to hide the form. Or, with what does one see the form of the yogi, etc., and after seeing, understanding his thoughts, then showing it to him. It also shows destroying well-built palaces, etc. The word "etc." also includes vajras and rocky mountains.
