Born from the mantra "Bīre Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ," she is the exceedingly valiant mother. Sixth, born from the syllable "Saṃ" on the ankles, "Oṃ Sili Sili Mahābale Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ," born from this mantra is the great powerful mother. Seventh, born from the syllable "Maṃ" on the big toes, "Oṃ Cili Cili Cakravartinī Ye Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ," born from this mantra is the wheel-turning mother. Eighth, born from the syllable "Kuṃ" on the knees, "Oṃ Dhili Dhili Mahāpīrye Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ," born from this mantra is the great diligent mother. The so-called "Wheel of the Body," during the daytime, the seats of the goddesses are the mandala of great power. Similarly, during the first two watches of the night, in close proximity and in order, are the Fierce Mother, the Fierce-Eyed Mother, the Big-Nosed Mother, and the Crow-Faced Mother, the Owl-Faced Mother, the Dog-Faced Mother, and the Pig-Faced Mother. During the two watches of the second part, one should contemplate the Heroic Wisdom Mother, the Dwarf Mother, the Laṅkā自在 Mother, and the Tree-Shade Mother, as well as the Yama Stable Mother, the Yama Messenger Mother, the Yama Fang Mother, and the Yama Destroyer Mother, in close proximity and in order. Thus, on the day and night of the third day, it is the wheel of mind and speech. Then, on the fourth day, it is the wheel of the body and the charnel ground mothers, which is the conduct of the thirty-two yoginīs. Similarly, the fifth day and so on should also be understood. The yoga of glorious Heruka and the four Ḍākinīs is the wheel of complete knowledge. These have no conduct because there are no instructions. One should practice and recite for six months until signs are obtained. Then, in the seventh month, it is the conduct of the yoginīs. Even if one does that, if it is not accomplished, one should practice in the same way. Here, it will definitely be accomplished in thirty-six months, which is the instruction. If one practices continuously without interruption, it will be in one year. Then, by the gradual process of becoming familiar for six months. Actions involving fire and so on, as well as manifest actions and so on, should also be understood in the same way. Thus, manifest action is during the fire time of the wheel of the mind. Pacification, then, is during the water time of the wheel of speech.
