If it is clear and distinct, since consciousness does not arise, it is inferred that it is the power of all things. Similarly, the eye engages with form, but not with sound and so on. The eye cannot understand sound and so on, because if the faculty of the ear and so on is fully examined, it would become meaningless, and there would be no deafness and so on. Because that is not the producer of sound and so on, whatever appears to it, even if it is not the producer, it will appear, then all things will become manifest, so all will know all. The state of all sense consciousness is this very moment. If the consciousness of the eye and so on arises with the form of images of form and so on, then either it is without form, or it has other forms, those cannot understand the meaning, because it is impossible. Because just as a person's own does not become manifest in all things. Seeing its image in a bright mirror, therefore it understands it. Experiencing the image itself is the person experiencing the form of his own face. In that, other than experiencing the image, it is impossible to actually experience it. Like that, all those who say that things exist, they themselves will not become manifest in anything. In that, experiencing the image itself in a mirror-like consciousness, that is the experience. Seeing it itself is seeing the thing. Because there is no self-manifestation of things. If that is manifestation itself, then because the nature of manifestation is the nature of consciousness, it will become consciousness. Proving consciousness itself through manifestation itself, not the thing. Furthermore, the thing itself is manifestation, not consciousness. If that is not manifestation itself, then all will become not manifestation itself. By manifesting the image, just as one's own face is also manifested, it is unreasonable to make it manifestation itself. Therefore, things are not manifest. In that, if from the form of blue, consciousness becomes another form, then it is not the form of blue. Consciousness will become the nature of permanence. That is self-awareness, but that is not blue.

Yes, because it is devoid of the appearance of blue. For correct knowledge, it is not devoid of the appearance of existence and non-existence. It is not that it does not depart from the knowledge of yellow, or that it departs from blue. Whatever is not the nature of that, that is not correct knowledge. The knowledge of yellow is like not being the knowledge of black. Just as the image of one's own face appears in a mirror, it is the appearance of one's own face, not the appearance of another. It correctly recognizes its own face, but not another, because it is devoid of its appearance. Similarly, to recognize with another appearance is not the appearance of the blue object, because it is too extreme. It is also not correct recognition. Knowledge without appearance is also not the knower of the blue object, because it is devoid of all appearances of the object, like the center of a mirror devoid of all images. How can the object be understood? Because the surface of the mirror is completely devoid of images, and because it is devoid of images, it cannot understand its own face, etc. Similarly, since knowledge does not have the image of the nature of the object anywhere, how can it understand the object itself? The object cannot appear in its own manifestation like its own face, because of the faults previously pointed out. Therefore, neither the absence of appearance nor the possession of another appearance can correctly recognize the object. What has arisen incidentally is sufficient. This is only pointing out one aspect, and I have not written more for fear of length. So, from what did this arise? "Definite arising" means that definite arising, etc., is said. This definitely and particularly makes the gods definite, therefore it is definite arising, that is, the collection of vowels and consonants. Then again, from what did it arise? It is said, "From the manner of sound," etc. The manner of sound is just sound. That which becomes the basis of each is subtle. Its form is its nature. What about the seat? Above the collection of vowels and consonants is (ཧཱུྃ,hum,吽,seed syllable). What arises from that is the various vajras, that is, the (ཧཱུྃ,hum,吽,seed syllable) syllable located on the seat above the center. Above that

Offerings with incense, the black Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Above that is the red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ā). Above that, one should contemplate the white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ).
