It is accomplished through the meditation of the wheel. The word "etc." refers to accomplishing by possessing generosity, fire offerings, etc., and that is wisdom, which is the wisdom of ritual, the wisdom of the world. Thus, yoga itself is the essence of emptiness and compassion as previously stated. The word "also" indicates that there is also the wisdom of ritual, which is explicitly stated in the tantras, that is, what is stated in the hundred thousand verses of the Abhisamayalankara. I will now explain it to Vajravarahi in a condensed tantra. Listen to the tantra of the supreme essence of essence, which refers to the relationship between the speaker and the petitioner, and the relationship between what is said and what can be said, and it is clearly elucidated through direct and indirect meanings with explanations, and that is the intention of the Bhagavan. Now, the offering of the caste woman is to be spoken, that is, "the supreme breath arises from the central channel," etc. Here, in the center of the Likali, it descends like a mountain of fire. Its breath is in the midst of twenty-one thousand, which is more than six hundred, and in the twelve rotations of day and night, there are six hundred numbers that are more than seventy-five. The remaining number of twenty thousand, which is more than nine hundred with fractions, is that Lalana and Rasana descend in the twelve time junctures. In the unequal time junctures such as sheep, one hundred and eighteen breaths each descend in Lalana. Similarly, in equal time junctures such as bulls, Rasana descends separately. In the respective times of the first and last breath transitions, in the middle of equal and unequal time junctures, from the central channel Avadhuti, there are fifty-six numbers with fractions. Giving death to inferior beings, the time of the caste woman will truly appear, and its nature causes death through the signs of death, which is due to the intense flow of the fire of time. The remaining fifty-six with fractions cause the inferior one hundred and eighteen breaths to descend in the five mandalas of Lalana and Rasana. Among them, the number of three hundred, which is more than sixty, descends in each mandala, that is, breaths with fractions.

Eleven less. Here, Lala from the sky and other five mandalas, and Rasa, Nana, Sasa and other five mandalas, are on the left and right. Here, the number of petals of the navel lotus is such that in the center, east, right, left and west, there are the mandalas of emptiness, wind, fire, water and earth. In the navel, there is the mandala of completely pure wisdom, making six. Above, at the nostrils, as they are, in the center, above, right, left and below, the order is such that on the left there is emptiness and so on, and on the right there is earth and so on. The sixth is at the nostrils, possessing the nature of fifty-six breaths together with simultaneous feet. The breaths that intensely descend to the left and right of these mandalas, the powers that move in all the channels, or even by the power of life's effort, having intensely entered the central channel Avadhuti, will deceive death by common omens of death. Because of having intensely entered the central channel by the power of yoga, it is supreme, having become a great life, it destroys the inferior common ones, gives supreme unchanging bliss, the yogi's wisdom is self-aware, having abandoned the destructive nature of external senses and the bliss of objects, it is to be realized by the supreme sense, the number of breath wheels has the nature of co-emergent joy, because great bliss does not leak. Among these, the supreme unchanging bliss breath is supreme, called the supreme breath of the central channel. Then, the supreme breath of the central channel, and with scent and water. Here, scent refers to the intense descent of Vairochana and the moon's breath, below and above is Lalana. Water refers to the intense descent of Akshobhya and the sun's breath, below and above is Rasana. Central channel refers to the intense descent of semen, dust, Rahu and the fire of time's breath, below and above is Avadhuti. The unchanging breath of the central channel Avadhuti is the giving of death to beings, it is deceiving the death of common omens of death, supreme is the unchanging bliss, the reality of Mahamudra.
