Should be relied upon. In any case, the actions of others cannot be accomplished by the vows of others, but will instead give death to the practitioners, because they are separated from the rituals spoken of in the tantras. Therefore, vows should be kept both outwardly and inwardly. When performing activities on the days of empowerment, etc., vows should be done very secretly, and afterwards the holy gurus should forbid them to the sons of the lineage. For monks, they should not be given even at the time of empowerment; for those who hold the Dharma robes, the guru should fully explain everything with his own words. Otherwise, the guru's vows will be impaired. For them, the generation of the Mahayana mind and the proper restraint of body and speech should be given. Just as the training of the Shravakas, they should be protected by body and speech, which is to keep the vows; monks who hold Dharma robes should not keep the vows. If the Dharma robes are abandoned, then the vows should be followed by the actions of body, speech, and mind, and empowerment should be given in order to clearly obtain the position of Vajra Acharya, satisfied with the vows of Karma Mudra, which shows the certainty of losing accomplishment by breaking vows. Here, in this condensed tantra extracted from the "Manifest Utterance of One Hundred Thousand," the meaning of empowerment and vows, which accomplish worldly and transcendental accomplishments, is briefly summarized. Then, starting from "Here I will explain the secret," etc., up to the eleven and a half verses ending with "The desired accomplishment will not be obtained," the supremely secret meaning of all the tantras should be understood through other languages and other tantras. Yogis who desire the accomplishment of Mahamudra should know this by relying on the holy guru. Thus, the meaning spoken in all the condensed tantras is mainly the ultimate meaning of the root tantras or the commentaries made by the Bodhisattvas, all of which should be learned by going to other southern and northern lands. Otherwise, the commentaries made by those who possess the pride of scholars

Therefore, the Blessed One said that the meaning of the secret will not be understood. Here, the commentary on the collected tantra, in a concise way, clearly elucidates the meaning of the collected. The Blessed One affirmed that those with diligence should understand the extensive commentary on the extensive tantra. The commentary on the first chapter of the "Explanation of the Meaning of the Condensed Tantra Extracted from the Hundred Thousand Verses of the Abhisamayalankara," composed by the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani, is completed. Translated by the Lotsawa monk Dingnge Dzin Zangpo of Jokru from the presence of the great Indian Abbot and Laro Yeshe. Later, protected by the kindness of the all-powerful, supreme Lama Dharma Raja, the grammar treatise of the well-spoken Sanskrit language was well translated and corrected by the Shang Lotsawa monk Lodro Tenpa in Drakmar Dwensar. The "Explanation of the Meaning of the Condensed Tantra Extracted from the Hundred Thousand Verses of the Abhisamayalankara." Vajrapani.
