The accomplished one who is perfectly endowed with eight qualities! The guru who is superior to that is the supreme guru, who is perfectly endowed with all the qualities of the bliss and power of the omniscient one, who is the teacher of all dharmas, who matures in all ways in all places, is the guru of gurus. The net of the dakinis is the collection. Here, in a direct sense, the dakinis refer to Vajra Dakini and others. Internally, there are the thirty-six channels, as well as the wheels of wisdom, mind, speech, and body, and the places where the eight gates such as kha are located. These are also spoken of by names such as my seat, which is the ultimate of the charnel ground that eats the remaining food, and the order in which the eight directions of Mount Sumeru will be explained outwardly, such as the place, and the determination of the crown of the head, etc., should be known as the support of the supported dharmas. The collection of the wheels of these dakinis is the net. Its collection is the only one, and the gathering of Heruka together with my seat, etc., is the collection of the net of the dakinis. Heruka is also the nature of twenty-five together with the heroes, and is the nature of thirty-seven together with Vajravarahi and the powerful mothers. The gathering of these Herukas together with the twenty-four heroes is the collection of the dakinis.
