Ra (梵文天城体:रा,梵文羅馬擬音:ra,字面意思:Ra), and Malaya (梵文天城体:मालाय,梵文羅馬擬音:mālaya,字面意思:Garland), and so on. The distinctions among them are based on location and so forth. The rituals for them involve knowing which to combine with which. What is accomplished by doing so? "Always joyful in meditation." This means that those who possess meditation and clear vision will be seen by Chenrezig. Where to dwell? Places like "the crossroads of the path" are easy to understand. How so? "In the delightful lotus origin, like a gathering of swans, the sky-goers abiding in samaya will be seen even from afar." This is because of the compassion of the Great Compassionate One's heart. Offering the mudra without clothes by a yogi is offering naked. "Since one is liberated by that very action, one is completely liberated by the action of offering the mudra naked." It is said. "Having covered with other clothes," means that the clothes are tiger skin and so forth. Others are placed on the limbs of bone ornaments. "Desires do not stain." This means, "Just as water does not stain a lotus, just as the sun does not scorch the sky." It is said. "Likewise, with hair unbound and naked," means that one should perform all actions with respect for that. Or, one should begin all actions with teachings and empowerments and so forth. "Root mantra and Thus Gone One," and so forth, the root mantra is recitation. "Entering into binding the directions," means that even the deities who are worshiped by entering with the mantras of the fence, net, canopy, arrow net, and fire net, if they see fire, what need is there to mention humans? The power of accomplishing and reciting those mantras is spoken of: "Having filled the palms with flowers, scattering upwards those who travel in the sky." This means that the flowers in the palms remain in the sky and are not seen falling to the ground. Or, the flowers in the palms, even the ultimate of thousands or hundreds of thousands of beings who travel in the sky, will be brought under control. "The movement of the stars will be known," means knowing everything with stainless wisdom. "Place, place, likewise solitary place," and so forth, is easy to understand. "The first union of the body," it is said.
