Oṃ. The footprints of practice, united and bound. Meditate on the wheel of the Yogini in both hands, pleasing her with the manner of equipoise, and when making a fire offering at midnight with the fire of the charnel ground or the fire of a corpse with moles, make an image of the object to be subdued from the ashes, write the wheel on a blade of kusha grass and insert it, placing it towards the direction of manifestation. Having summoned it, meditate on fainting, and recite its name. If recited one hundred and eight times, it will be summoned, this is the meaning. The object to be subdued, etc., is easy to understand. This union is accomplished. It says, take that dust, mix it with iron filings, write the name and urging of the object to be subdued. Write the wheel on charnel ground cloth. Then bind it, recite seven times with offerings, dig a hole about eight fingers deep in the ground at a crossroads and bury it, whoever it is, will be quickly bound. If taken out and washed with cow's milk, it will return to normal. Take that powder, make it possess five things that cause madness, and write the wheel and the name of the object to be subdued in order on the corpse cloth and wrap it. Recite it one hundred times and bury it in the charnel ground, it will surely become mad immediately. To restore it, take it out and wash it with cow's milk, it will be liberated. This union is accomplished. That is what it says. The explanation of the difficult points of the glorious Heruka, from the beginning of the means of accomplishment, the explanation of the forty-fourth chapter is completed. Explanation of the forty-fifth chapter. Then, the supreme of actions, it says, 'awakening' is as it is in the word. 'With cow's milk' means to wash with it. 'Linga' refers to the self-born. 'Thus' and so on means to drink milk and do it for seven days as if it were one day. Then, after three nights have passed. 'River' means to go to the place where it goes to the ocean, and there offer the wheel of the Yogini, and if one can receive the teachings, one will attain the accomplishment of speech. What is said will surely come true. 'One hundred places of birth' means to write the wheel, name, and union shown earlier on kusha grass from the nail polish and corpse. 'Located in the belly' means to place it there.
