Adorned with six ornaments, the face is pure with eight liberations, the hands are sixteen emptinesses. After that, the great mantra of the seven-letter essence of the near-heart essence, the mandala of Vajra Supreme Bliss, should be declared. From the complete letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) arises Vajra Dakini Great Bliss. Āli Kāli truly manifests, the main deity with three faces and six arms, three eyes complete with all signs, possessing eighty excellent marks. Non-dual bliss with the sow-faced mother, with the mingling of emptiness and compassion, Vajra bell and vajra equally absorbed, another hand holds a human skin garment, skull, khaṭvāṅga, and the sixth hand holds a three-pointed spear. Adorned with a garland of skulls, all ornaments are covered, various vajra crescent moons. The hair is held up, the right leg is extended, in the center of various lotus sun discs, pressing down on the fearsome one with his consort, bestowing all desired fruits. Outside of that, draw a six-spoked wheel, and place the six yoginis there. In the center of the six-spoked wheel, is the mother who quickly bestows accomplishments. Starting from the east, place them counterclockwise: with the letter Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ) is the auspicious playful mother, the first goddess. With the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) is Vajra Terrifying Mother, the second one. With the letter Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: Ha) is the fierce wrathful mother, the third one. With the letter Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Chinese literal meaning: Ho) is Vajra Illuminating Mother, the fourth one. With the letter Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrīḥ) is Vajra Fierce Woman, the fifth one. With the letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) is Vajra Dakini Mother, the sixth one. Those goddesses all have one face, four arms, great power, three eyes, hair disheveled, possessing garments of the directions, all abiding on the sun disc. They are blue, yellow, green, red, smoky, and white respectively. All hold hand drums and bells, adorned with two human skins, wearing garlands of skulls on their heads, abiding with their right legs extended. Truly arising from the six letters, she is the mother who quickly bestows accomplishments. Just like the color of the Protector's body, so is the sow-faced mother, the shape and hand gestures are the same as his. After removing the human skin, the goddess holds a bow and arrow, all limbs and the root face are blue, the right and left are yellow and green respectively, all ornaments

Everything is complete, embracing the two knees of the goddess, she is intoxicated with supreme joy. Thinking that wisdom abides in the heart, blessed by body, speech, and mind, adorned with two armors. With the union of spreading and gathering, recite the mantra with utmost concentration. Om Hrih Haha Hum Hum Phat. With these six syllables, contemplate the six Dakinis' Bodhi, the six supreme limbs. The seventh, which is in the center, is Heruka transformed from the syllable Hum. Mindfulness, Bodhi limb, and so on. Thus it is said. Om Dhi Dhi Dhim Hum Phat. It is said that the syllables Pom and Yom, as well as Mom and Hrih, Hum and Phat, are the six Yoginis. Each syllable abides correctly. It is said that in this way, the ritual here should be written down in order. Draw a five-petaled lotus, filled with the heart and stamens, and in its center, the Pig-faced Mother truly born from the syllable Vam: Her body is red and radiant, with three faces and six arms, peaceful, with three eyes and disheveled hair, adorned with a garland of skulls, wearing clothes from all directions, in a half-lotus posture, her body sealed with six mudras, wearing a garland of flowers on her head, placing the constellations of the seasons below, when trampled by her feet, subduing all hatred, gods, demons, and enemies. The great red mother, burning like fire, with blue and green on her right and left respectively, holding a skull and khatvanga, a rope and an iron hook as well, holding a head and a copper knife, bestowing all siddhis. The goddesses in the eastern direction and so on should be contemplated in a counter-clockwise manner: Yom is Yama Mother, Mam is Bewildering Mother, Hrih is Truly Moving Mother, Hum is Terrifying Mother, and Phat is Wrathful Mother. All of them have one face, four arms, three eyes, and disheveled hair, wearing clothes from all directions, with excellent dance postures, adorned with five mudras, wearing a garland of heads as a necklace, with a crown of self-awareness and luminosity, with great bliss stirred by compassion, their body colors are blue, white, yellow, green, and smoky gray, holding a skull and khatvanga, a bell and a hand drum, and a knife. Furthermore, with non-dual union, equally entering into samadhi, all such as Vajrasattva, the order of embracing, and so on.
