Not being empty, it accomplishes meaning and benefit. Knowing good and bad refers to the meaning of good and non-good. Recognition refers to the time when taming is due and the time when it is not due. All-pervading Lord (Tibetan) refers to the incarnate body. Vow-knowing refers to initially vowing to benefit sentient beings. Possessing vows refers to accomplishing meaning and benefit. Time-knowing refers to the time of taming. Knowing sentient beings' faculties refers to the meaning of sentient beings' faculties being superior, middling, and inferior. The three liberations refer to hearers, solitary realizers, and bodhisattvas. The wise one refers to being skilled in separately showing the three paths. The way the enjoyment body manifests is: possessing qualities and knowing qualities. So-called possessing qualities refers to the Buddha. Knowing qualities refers to marks and signs, powers, and fearlessness. Knowing dharma refers to good and non-good. Auspiciousness refers to not falling into the lower realms. Auspicious birth refers to obtaining the good realms of gods and humans. Auspiciousness of all refers to humans and gods. Auspiciousness of all refers to being on the path of accumulation from there. Auspiciousness of fame refers to those on the path of preparation. The quality of that is good fame and virtue. Great exhalation refers to those on the path of seeing. Great joy feast refers to obtaining uncontaminated bliss. The three thousand six hundred winds ceasing results in obtaining the second ground. Great joy and great music means that with that uncontaminated bliss, from the state of ordinariness, one is purified and obtains the wisdom body, being the fourth ground. Respectful service refers to practicing that path. Perfection refers to the path's favorable conditions being complete. The fame and glory of supreme joy is said to be that by this path, from the state of not sleeping, one is purified and obtains the dharma body. The three thousand six hundred winds ceasing results in obtaining the sixth ground. Possessing the supreme, the supreme giver, the chief one, is said to be that from the state of dreams, one is purified and obtains the dharma body. The three thousand six hundred winds ceasing results in obtaining the eighth ground. The holy protector, the one worthy of protection, is said to be that from the state of waking, one is purified and obtains the emanation body. The three thousand six hundred winds ceasing results in obtaining the tenth ground. Thus, possessing the four bodies with defilements, and the four bodies corresponding to the pure aspect, one becomes a complete bodhisattva. Purifying the world is the most excellent. So-called worldly enemies refer to enemies and elephants (Tibetan), lions, and so on, sixteen types. The most excellent refers to the enjoyment body.

u. Having perfected the accumulation of merit and wisdom, one becomes manifestly enlightened from the net of illusion and abides on the twelfth bhumi. The glorious Vajradhara in whom the twenty-one thousand six hundred winds have ceased. Therefore, it is "The one who dispels all fears." Thus, in the brief explanation and the extensive explanation, for the first bhumi empowerment, the bodhisattva of the tenth bhumi is empowered by the Buddhas of the ten directions, which is its nature. First, in the vase empowerment, the crest bud is the place of empowerment, on the crown of the head. The one with the crest bud and braids is the place where all the channels gather, like wearing braids. The one with a crest of hair on the head is like the vase of the five channels and five families, bound like a crest of the circumference of the channels. The five faces are the five petals of the channels of the five elements. The one who possesses five tufts is the flow of the winds of the elements. The one with the tips of the five tufts is when the remainder of the three thousand six hundred out of the twenty-one thousand six hundred winds ceases, and it flows from the wheel of the crown of the head. There, all the Tathagatas bless it, which is the vase empowerment. The great ascetic with a round head, the round head means that the tenth bhumi is a monk. The great ascetic is the secret and wisdom empowerment, when the winds of other channels cease and enter the central channel. The one who practices celibacy is because he does not leak. Therefore, he is the best of all ascetics. He who has perfected asceticism is the great ascetic. The pure and holy one is the one who has purified all defilements. Who is he? It is Gautama, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni. Brahmin Brahma is the name for the pure one, and even purer than that is Brahma, which means that the stains of defilements have been purified. Nirvana, having attained Brahma, is having attained a Brahma that is even more superior than Brahma. The goer is from samsara. Liberation is from bondage. The liberated body is the body of great bliss. The commentary on complete liberation is the fourth peace, which is the Dharmakaya.
