It is to make joyful, that is, Caṇḍālī. She ignites the flame between the boundaries of fire, arising from the navel emanation wheel, burning the conceptual thoughts of the heart dharma wheel. Arising from the throat enjoyment wheel, spreading from the secret place to the ten directions. Stirring and becoming the commitment wheel that reaches the hearts of all the Tathāgatas, becoming the unsurpassed vajra of non-dual wisdom nectar. Oṃ. Taking it with the light of the vajra in one's own hand, entering the secret place, becoming non-dual with the commitment nectar in the crown wheel. The wheels should be filled gradually. Therefore it is said, "Gradually possessing wrathful lines, etc." Thus it is said, gradually possessing wrathful lines means gradually filling. When the great bliss wheel is filled, at that time, the sign is like the moon rising in the sky. Then gradually the enjoyment wheel is filled, at that time, the sign is like the sun rising. Then the heart dharma wheel is filled, at that time, the previous burning is restored, the signs are like mirages. These gradually reach the emanation wheel, at that time, it transforms into the body of non-dual wisdom, and signs like darkness appear. Then again, from the secret place wisdom wheel, bliss arises, gradually moving to the upper gate, seeing the bodies of the Tathāgatas residing as small as mustard seeds, moving and spreading with the nature of skillful means, and when gathering again, as previously mentioned, gradually transforming the conceptual thoughts into the essence of bindus, arising to the lower gate. When the navel emanation wheel is reached, at that time, wisdom that transcends things and characteristics will arise. When expanding and contracting, at that time, these qualities will be possessed: cutting off all external suffering, burning all sinful things, radiating the vajra light of non-dual wisdom, having power over the speech of the eighty-four thousand collections of dharma, manifesting the wisdom and wisdom body of all the Tathāgatas.
