I, wrath, holding grudges, concealing, irritation, jealousy, stinginess, pretense, deceit, arrogance, harm, shamelessness, recklessness, dullness, excitement, lack of faith, laziness, carelessness, forgetfulness, distraction, and unwise attention - these are called the twenty near afflictions. The mind is the non-dual mind of enlightenment, naturally luminous. Disturbance is being defiled by sudden stains, namely the aforementioned ones. It is like an ocean stirred by waves. In order to show that it is devoid of the means to eliminate it, it is said, "Sinking in the mud of ignorance." Because it is completely obscured by ignorance, one does not know the means to eliminate sudden stains. For example, if one falls into a great swamp, those who are unskilled in methods think that they can be liberated by their own efforts alone, but they will sink deeper because of it. What is that? "All sentient beings," and so on. The mind is driven by various conceptual thoughts, and whatever is in accordance with such a mind is a sentient being. "All" refers to all sentient beings belonging to the six realms. The method that was previously initiated for one's own benefit should also be understood as being requested for the benefit of all sentient beings. The doctor is the one who makes the ignorant know, and liberates them from the swamp of samsara. In order to place this on a special fruit, it is said, "Unsurpassed fruit." "Unsurpassed" means that there is no fruit higher or better than it, namely the great Vajradhara. To obtain it is to manifest it. "For" means for a certain purpose, in short, be sure to obtain it. In order to show the special qualities that the teacher possesses, it is said, "Perfectly complete Buddha," and so on. "Perfectly complete" means reaching the ultimate. "Vajradhara" is its synonym. The meaning of the words is easy to understand. "Teacher of beings" refers to the way of being in harmony with beings in terms of Dharma, that is, in order to introduce desire and so on into it, (it mentions) Amitabha and so on.

are the Tathagatas. Therefore, the teacher is Vajradhara himself. It is both a vow and great, hence it is a great vow. No matter how many differences of lineage and afflictions are mentioned, they will not exceed the great Vajradhara, therefore, in order to know the one and only suchness, it is great. The meaning of knowing that nature is also the same. Thus, although the true nature is known and realized in the ultimate truth, what about the differences in the conventional truth? "The basis, intention, and wisdom are victorious." It is said. Knowing the wisdom of the superior and non-superior basis, as well as the intention that is vast, small, and becomes a measure. It means knowing the order of the vessels to be tamed. Also, because it is known simultaneously, it is superior. "By" is the third case word, meaning knowing the wisdom with and without outflows, you know. Now, in order to state the difference of what is to be said, it is said. "The wisdom body of the Bhagavan." and so on are said. "Of" is an implicit plural word. Like this, the wisdom body of the Buddhas, the Bhagavan, past, future, and present, with superior wisdom, only you know, connected to the previous word. Therefore, the wisdom body is not commonly visible, just like the Ushnisha of the Tathagata. Therefore it is said. "Great Ushnisha" is also. It is both Ushnisha and great, hence it is the Great Ushnisha. Those are even more secret than the secrets of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, what is said is uncommon.
