I am the Vajra nature, and the immutable is all time. Thus it is said, and it becomes exceedingly good. Or, it is immutable because the Dharmakaya is one. Its name is called 'All-Going,' because it is pervasive. Pervasive means the three realms or the six senses. It is like the sky pervading the four elements. Subtle means difficult to realize. Without outflows means that because it is neither an object nor not an object, it does not revolve in existence. 'Devoid of seed' means that because cause and effect are not different, it is devoid of the seeds of contaminated existence. Or, because it is devoid of the seeds of contaminated existence, it is without outflows. 'Without dust' means that dust is impurity, and this is because it is devoid of the impurity of the three joys. 'Without impurity' means co-emergent. 'Having abandoned faults, without defects' means all that transforms into co-emergent faults. 'The self of great awakening' means like awakening from sleep during experience, which means awakening, which means Buddha. 'All' means omniscient, knowing and understanding that all of samsara and nirvana are without duality, and because it is not deceptive, it is without disease. 'Transcending the nature of consciousness' means transcending the knowable. Thinking, what is its characteristic? 'Holding the manner of non-dual wisdom' it is said, meaning holding the manner of non-duality between knowing and the knowable. The way in which it benefits sentient beings is spoken of as 'spontaneously accomplished without conceptualization,' meaning that what is done by previous aspiration is spontaneously accomplished. Thinking, what does it do? It is said, 'The Buddhas of the three times perform activities.' What are the Buddhas of the three times like? 'Buddha has no beginning or end,' it is said. 'Beginning' means going before, which is the cause. 'End' means cessation, which is not destroyed by conditions. 'Without' means the cause of arising and the condition of ceasing, meaning self-arisen. That itself is spoken of as, 'The first Buddha has no cause,' it is said, meaning that the Shravakas who consider atoms as the cause, that does not exist. Therefore, cause is what goes before, and that is also my activity and so on. When the effect goes before the cause, do the cause and the effect exist as one nature, and so on? Or do they not exist? If you say they exist, then

If the seed is dead, can a fruit be produced from it? Or is the fruit produced from a seed that has not died? If it is said that it is produced from a dead seed, then what fruit can be produced from a dead seed? If the seed has not died, then the cause and effect will exist simultaneously, therefore this is selflessness. If someone asks: Who sees this? The scripture says: The eye of wisdom is unique and without impurity. The wisdom mentioned here refers to the wisdom of prajna. The unique and immaculate eye is because it is like an eye. Wisdom ༄། The embodied Thus-Gone One. This sentence means that the one who sees things in this way is the body of wisdom, which is the Thus-Gone One. Now, in order to determine the characteristics of the fourth empowerment, "Lord of Words" and so on are proclaimed. Because obtaining this requires reliance on the guru, first, in order to please the guru, mandala and tsog offerings must precede, therefore these words should be used to praise. The third one that is identified should be practiced with this. Because one has obtained the empowerment of words, one is the lord of words, which is Amitabha. The so-called "great speaker" is because the fourth is the best among all speakers. The so-called "supreme being of speech" is because the fourth is speech. The so-called "king of speech" is because others cannot overcome him by fault-finding. The so-called "holy one of speech" is because others can be understood through this. The so-called "supreme place" is the place of accomplishment. The so-called "lion of speech" is because he can destroy wrong views. The so-called "immovable" is because of the fault-finding of others. In this way, because there is "obeisance" in front, it is said to be prostration and praise. Now, in order to show the determination of the characteristics of the fourth empowerment, "universally seeing" and so on are proclaimed. Here there are two types: with support and without support. Here is the case with support. The so-called "universal" refers to the royal lineage and so on. The so-called "seeing" refers to the increase with action, king, and wisdom, which is to place letters in the five places of the nature of the Buddha's eye and so on. Relying on this, one obtains great joy, because the great mudra will arise, so it is said. The so-called "garland of glory" refers to light, which is to summon the Buddha's eye and so on and integrate them into it. The so-called "pleasant to look at" means that after making it pleasant to look at, it is said like this. The calf of glory, blazing with intense light. This sentence refers to experiencing it in the heart. The illuminator with shining light in his hand. This sentence refers to holding objects etc. with the hand.
