Possessing the nature of the Sambhogakaya with various perfections, seeing the three realms. "All thoughts" means that which arises in the mind through slight contemplation. Without support means without object. "Mirage is the second annotation," in other tantras it is said, "First, like a mirage," until "It should be understood that it is reversed from reason." These should also be understood from the teachings of the venerable guru, as well as from the extensive commentary made by the Bodhisattva, and also from one's own personal experience, that is, through the distinction of wisdom and means. Mainly realizing the nature of the five elements being completely pure, the five signs are thoroughly explained in the glorious Guhyasamaja and other tantras, because the space element is also spoken of there. It is also said in the eighteenth chapter: "Water, fire, wind, and earth, and all those spaces, are similar to the Bodhisattva, and are visualized in various ways." Earth dissolving into water, the appearance of a mirage. Water dissolving into fire, the appearance of smoke. Fire dissolving into wind, the appearance of the sky. The three appearances of the subtle realm appear like a lamp in the sky, because it is the nature of the aggregates, so it is the appearance of a lamp. The appearance of nature disappears, like a cloudless sky, the nature that always appears is like a cloudless sky, these are the five signs. It is also said in the sutra: "First it goes to water, water is purified, it follows the wind, the wind makes consciousness enter, consciousness is the limb of holding, then it enters the clear light." In the net of illusion, the yoga of the day, the nature of the six aggregates being completely pure, the six signs, arising from the sky, etc., are all spoken of. The supreme king of the glorious first Buddha tantra, mainly realizes the ten signs of the pure nature of root, object, consciousness, wisdom, and means. "Through these actions" means through the limbs of gathering obtained separately by the divine eye and so on. "By the binding union" means the nature of life exertion, because it is the tantra of binding the life force.

It is because of the direct perception that is free from conceptualization and without error. It is also said: Of the ten faculties, from all their respective domains, the act of withdrawing desires outwards is called individual withdrawal. Thus it is said. Here, the detailed explanation of individual withdrawal refers to the faculties and the objects of the faculties. The individual domain of these is the act of engaging with the nature of how oneself is apprehended and how one apprehends. Abiding there is the place of individual engagement. From all places means with the distinctions of inferior, intermediate, and superior. The act of withdrawing desires outwards means the desires that are to be desired and manifestly desired, which are forms and so on. Where do these faculties withdraw them? It is to apprehension. Outwards means again and again. That is individual withdrawal, which is the detailed explanation of the first branch. That which is seen clearly, possessing the characteristic of expressing individual withdrawal, is neither a thing nor a non-thing. It is not the nature of investigation. Why? Because in the mind of single-pointed concentration without conceptualization, one sees past, future, and present phenomena without investigation. This is the limb of meditative concentration. It is also said: By gathering the five desires, from the union of the five Buddhas, it is called discriminative meditation; that meditation becomes fivefold. Discrimination and analysis, and likewise joy and also bliss, single-pointedness of mind and five. These are the collection of meditations. The three secrets are discrimination; enjoyment of that is analysis. Similar joy is the third; bliss gathered is the fourth. Knowledge arises and ceases in the knowable; one should know one's own mind as the fifth. The nature of all Buddhas is peaceful; all aspects abide separately. Thus it is said. In order to purify individual withdrawal, the second branch is explained in detail, which is individual elaboration. The five desires are forms and so on, which have become the objects of the faculties. By gathering means by becoming one with the faculties. The five meditations are the eyes and so on; the union of these is encouragement, that is, from the perfect union of the five Buddhas. Therefore, forms and so on are also the five Buddhas, in the aspect of
