Obstructions will not arise, and one will enter the ten powers. This means that through the power of holding, the life-force wind's going and coming become without distinction, causing it to be exhausted and stopped. Because of this, the breath dissolves into the immovable place of the navel. By merging the conventional bodhicitta and the ultimate bodhicitta into one, stopping the life-force at the forehead is the attainment of the ten bhumis, and the arising of the ten powers is obtained from holding. The result of holding has been explained. Now, the result of recollection will be spoken. Therein, what is called recollection is that here, on the body of wisdom emptiness, embracing the nature of skillful means and compassion, recollection is the mind's state of being free from all conceptual thoughts, and being inexpressible as the same or different, the mind abiding in bliss is remembrance. Also, by remembrance, because of that which is held by it, whatever is contemplated at that time in the mandala of immaculate light radiating, saying, "May all sentient beings also possess such bliss as this bliss of mine, and may I also, from this time forth, until reaching the essence of bodhi, never be separated from this bliss," is remembrance. Also, that bliss itself, just as it is emptiness, likewise the three realms, all of these do not abide in each moment separately, thinking thus is also remembrance. Also, that very moment of the completion of the three bindus is wisdom jñana, so remembering is remembrance. Also, that very bindu of jñana, that very complete bliss, is said to be the fourth example, so remembering is remembrance. Also, by the four bindus spreading in the secret lotus, the four bodies emanate one and a half billion manifestations, spreading the birthplace of wisdom, and all that is to be tamed, such as hair, teeth, and nails. Thinking of taming beings is remembrance. Also, from the one and a half billion pores of the bodies of the male and female yogis, immeasurable rays of bliss connected with light spread out, touching all the six types of beings abiding in other world realms, so that they also realize the co-emergent bliss, and those rays connected with light return again, filling the entire body from the pores.

Fourth, thinking of the bliss that arises, which even a rain of emptiness cannot compare to, is the fruit of mindfulness. Thus, the fruit of mindfulness has been explained. Now, the fruit of samadhi will be discussed, as it is said: "In the wisdom body, four bindus arise, which emanate from the body of emptiness." What is said is that four bindus arise in the wisdom body, meaning that from the secret vajra of skillful means, the bindu of body arises, the bindu of speech arises, the bindu of mind arises, and the bindu of wisdom arises. "That emanates from the body of emptiness" means that in the secret lotus of wisdom, the emanation of body emanates, the emanation of speech emanates, the emanation of mind emanates, and the emanations of wisdom emanate, thereby accomplishing the benefit of beings through these emanations. Therefore, the so-called pure samadhi refers to, here, through emptiness, abandoning the mind that grasps and the mind that is grasped on the body, thereby, with the pure and one-flavored Suchness, at the moment when the mind does not change, realizing the meaning of non-arising, this is called samadhi. Therefore, through that pure samadhi, the body should become stainless, it has become pure and stainless, the mind has also become stainless, and wisdom has become stainless. The yogi, through one day and night, or one month, or three months, or six months, or one year, or even three years and one and a half months of day and night practice, accomplishes the wisdom body, thereby becoming a giver of supreme accomplishment, and the fruit will become a bodhisattva who is the master of the ten bhumis, equal to Manjushri. Through practicing the ten bhumis and so on, then the yogi, through experiencing special meaning, obtains and realizes the fruit of the eleventh common path bhumi, abandoning the obscurations of wisdom, realizing the twelfth bhumi, which is called the Vajradhara bhumi. Therefore, the fruit of samadhi has been explained. The determination of the six-limbed yoga, such as individual gathering, the divisions, and the meaning of each determination, have been shown, and the limbs of practice have been shown. Now, the method of practicing the six-limbed yoga will be shown, for which the yogis
