Now, the actions of individual abandonment will be explained. Among these, the action of individual abandonment refers to the yogi's body being connected to the external and internal realms, the ten aspects of objects and subjects, not clinging to consciousness, and remaining stable in that state; this is the action of individual abandonment. Abandonment means not clinging to objects because their meaning is not understood. The nature of the self-nature body of individual abandonment is that it engages with the objects of the five senses, such as the eyes, and the five types of higher knowledge. This is the nature of individual abandonment. Now, the actions and nature of meditation will be explained. Similarly, one should also observe oneself internally with the wisdom of individual discernment. Discernment means clinging to all phenomena, both external and internal. Among these, analysis means ascertaining its meaning, comprehending its nature, and understanding its significance. Joy means seeing the body of emptiness and clinging to it, remaining in that state; this is joy. Among these, unwavering bliss means that the mind merges with the body, and like a fire extinguished, it becomes unwavering with a luminous nature. Thus, the yogi should understand the ten types of meditation mixed with the winds through the distinction of the apprehended and the apprehender. This is the nature of meditation. Thus, the nature of individual abandonment and the nature of meditation have been explained. Now, the actions and nature of life-force and effort will be explained. Among these, life-force means the continuous flow from the left and right nostrils, one after the other; this is the action of life-force. The nature of life-force means that it naturally generates bliss by flowing eleven and a quarter breaths through the central channel; this is the nature of life-force. Effort means entering and abiding within the left and right nostrils; this is the action of effort. The nature of effort is the nature of effort that stops the life-force flowing from the left and right nostrils and causes it to enter the central channel. Thus, there are ten types of winds, which prevent the ten mandalas of space and earth from entering the central channel. Thus, the actions and nature of life-force and effort have been explained. Now,

Now, the nature of Bindu will be explained. Here, "Bindu" refers to determining the object of knowledge, making the object unchanging. The so-called "point" refers to injecting the air into the central gap of the forehead, and according to the guru's instructions, the yogi, through practice, causes the previously undiminished veins to expand the Bindu in the seventy-two thousand veins with the power of yoga, making it pervade everything, which is called Bindu. This is the explanation of the nature of Bindu completed. Now, the word "and" will be used to explain Bindu. Now, holding will also be explained, that is, the movement of the two is extremely terrifying. What is said is that the flow of breath in the left and right nostrils is terrifying for each child. Why is that? Because clinging to the happiness of transference and clinging to it, one will constantly accumulate the karma of being born in samsara, and because of this, one will fall into the three lower realms and be born in hell, which is terrifying. Yogis, by stopping the entry and exit of the life force in the place of existence on the forehead, have four great veins in the crown chakra, composed of the four elements, like a net, forming the body. The so-called body formation refers to being like a net pervading all the veins of the body. Why is that? Because seeping down from the net, it makes happiness pervade the entire body and merges with happiness. Moreover, the life force also pervades everything. Why is that? Because feelings arise simultaneously for everything, without decay or dryness, this is the life force pervading everything. Therefore, the yogi, from the network of veins downwards, pervades the entire body with four Bindus, the body is full of happiness, Clearly practicing non-discrimination, one can move upwards from the peak of existence and hold all the special oral instructions. Also, the nature of holding is to stop life on the forehead, stop the life force at the top of the vajra jewel, and at the root of the vajra vein, the mind is focused on one point, thereby holding the non-retrogressive bliss of bodhicitta, therefore it is called the nature of holding. Therefore, the work and nature of holding have been explained. Now, the work and nature of mindfulness will also be explained, that is,
