Abiding is the first dhyana. Moreover, the second dhyana is that, due to the power of meditating in this way, the seeing that is measured by the distinction of seeing in this way is the seeing that can be measured, which is called the aggregate of wisdom, which can only be seen by the body of a yogi. Similarly, the so-called immovable dhyana is that the ten aspects of the aggregate of consciousness, the ten objects and object-holders, become one, and the mind does not scatter outward but enters into the central channel, which is the variety of bodies, which is called the second dhyana. Now, life and effort are to be spoken of. Among them, the so-called life is that the conventional bodhicitta is exhausted because of the outward flow of breath, and the channels are emptied. The so-called effort is to make it enter inward, so that it is not lost. Moreover, the word "also" means that if yogis stop life and effort, they are called long-lived. The so-called sword-holder is the aggregate of formations. That is, through life and effort, from the left nostril and the right nostril, the five five wind-mandalas are united, and they are not mixed with each other, and from the left nostril they become white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and enter and dissolve into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the navel, which is called effort. From Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) outwards, it becomes red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and emerges from the left nostril, extending to a distance of seventeen fingers, which is called life. Again, the so-called life is when the bodhicitta is transformed into a blissful transference, it is called life. The so-called effort is to enter inward, and again in ten aspects it dissolves and abides in Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is called effort. Therefore, yogis should understand life and effort in ten aspects. This is the explanation of life and effort. This is the explanation of holding, and now holding is to be explained. Among them, the nature of holding is to be spoken of. The so-called precious mudra is the experience of the aggregate of feeling. Feeling is the holding of that bliss, which does not change or is stable, so it is holding, that is, holding the bindu of the body, holding the bindu of speech, holding the bindu of mind, holding the bindu of wisdom, and the wheels of great bliss, the wheel of emanation, the wheel of dharma, the wheel of enjoyment, the wheel of power over the forehead, the crown

In the wheels such as the wheel (of the body), the conventional bodhicitta arises from the central channel (Sanskrit: avadhuti), and it abides without changing its nature of coming and going. This is the coming and going of the ten winds by the distinction of grasping. That is said to be a limb of grasping, and thus grasping is explained. Next, mindfulness will be explained. Among them, what is called "mindfulness" refers to the navel chakra, the mandala that is the source of dharma, the ultimate bodhicitta, called the indestructible, the form of tummo fire as one finger. It is subtle and shines with a white color, burning and scorching everything with the fire of desire. It has the power to pervade the entire body, and mindfulness from that (tummo) mind is called mindfulness. Also, when holding the bodhicitta in the lotus of wisdom, because the object of focus is not forgotten, it is called mindfulness, which is the aggregate of formation. When the ten winds are non-dual and one with the secret vajra and lotus, the bliss of melting by the wisdom of desire does not conceive of or cling to afflictions, and that is mindfulness, which is also the mindfulness of the young woman. Furthermore, mindfulness refers to the central channel (Sanskrit: avadhuti) in the state of wanting bliss, where it is possible to stop with the distinction of the ten winds, and even if one does not cling to bliss, it is said to be the mindfulness of the recollection channel. Mindfulness has been explained. Now samadhi will be explained. Among them, when speaking of samadhi, what is called "the glorious samadhi wheel" is the samadhi of the Bhagavan Vairochana. Because the ten winds stop in the crown chakra, it is called samadhi. If so, then the Bhagavan is called non-abiding nirvana. Why is it called nirvana? Because the Buddhas, from the crown chakra to the secret great bliss chakra, the conventional bodhicitta and the ultimate bodhicitta are non-dual, and emptiness and compassion are inseparable, therefore the ten winds stop at the tip of the vajra jewel, and increasing in the crown, considering those unsuitable aspects, it is also said to be non-abiding nirvana. Samadhi has been explained. And so on.
