Through thorough examination with complete devotion from all aspects, the yogi will initially see the five signs such as smoke in the night practice. Completely abandoning all conceptual thoughts, observe day and night. If those signs do not appear, then my words are false. This is the sacred teaching of the Bhagavan. Not blinking the eyes means gazing at the crown of the head, raising the eyebrows and opening the mouth, or closing them is also acceptable, the body does not move, does not stretch, and one should engage in yoga. "Entering the Vajra path" means that here, the life force involuntarily enters the central channel Avadhuti (梵文天城体:अवाधूती,梵文罗马拟音:avadhati,汉语字面意思:Avadhuti) through the guru's instructions, which is entering the central channel from emptiness without conceptualization. "With a mind attached to the sky" means that with a covering, the yogi closes his eyes, and entering the Vajra path, from emptiness, signs such as smoke appear, as well as mirages, clear light, lamplight, and appearances in the stainless sky, all of these will be seen in the night practice. That is to be meditated upon through the view of the Wrathful Crown King. "Daytime yoga" means practicing yoga in the uncovered sky, in the clear, cloudless sky, which is called the king's posture, for example, even though the king sits among his attendants, the attendants cannot attack the king, etc., and the king will not be afraid of the attendants, will not shrink back, nor will he bristle, the king will please the attendants, and they will be happy to see him. The king is also the reliance and support of all the attendants, doing the king's work, and no one can seize the throne, similarly, the yogi who practices daytime yoga is like a king, afflictions such as desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, jealousy, stinginess, deceit, demons, etc., cannot find an opportunity, and one will definitely attain liberation. Therefore, this is called the king's sitting posture and the arrogant sitting posture. The five Buddhas are my own form, and one should observe the great practice. This appears in the upper commentary of Vajrapani. Therefore, day and night

Yoga has been explained. Now, the view of overflowing nectar will be described. The so-called view of overflowing nectar is to look straight with the eyes. By looking straight, the nectar abides in the heart as if asleep. The conduct of a yogi is to keep the eyes straight ahead without blinking, and the yogi does not focus on anything, nor does he conceptualize anything. Having completely abandoned all things, he does not take either this or that, nor does he take any realm. He abides beyond the realm of all expression. Thus, the view of overflowing nectar has been explained. Now, the posture of the peaceful goddess will be described. One should contemplate oneself as the body of a goddess. That is, the yogi contemplates and thinks that there is a red "A" (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) at his navel. Because the fire of secret wisdom blazes, it touches the "A" at the navel, and the "A" becomes warm. From the warmth, fire also arises, and from the Avadhūti (梵文:Avadhūti) channel of emptiness, it rises upwards and burns one's own skandhas, dhātus, āyatanas, and five indriyas, transforming them into four bindus. The four bindus are the bindu of the form skandha dissolving, the bindu of the dhātu dissolving, the bindu of the āyatana dissolving, and the bindu of the indriya dissolving. From the navel, the Caṇḍālī (梵文:Caṇḍālī) blazes, burning the five Sugatas, burning the five, such as the eye mother. From the burning of "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), from places like Riwoché (瑞沃切), it abides and dissolves into the navel. The so-called navel is the great bliss wheel, which is indestructible. The so-called karma is the generation of supreme, unchanging bliss. The so-called burning is the fire of desire, burning intensely with the desire of wisdom, burning the three poisons. The so-called Caṇḍālī (梵文:Caṇḍālī) is that which quickly attracts bliss, therefore it is the fierce mother. The so-called five Sugatas are the form skandha, the feeling skandha, the perception skandha, the formation skandha, and the consciousness skandha. These five are the nature of the five Sugatas, and because they are the body of habitual tendencies, they are only to be burned. Knowing the eye mother and so on, the earth element is the Ḍākinī (梵文:Ḍākinī). The water element is Lāmā. The fire element is Khaṇḍaroha (梵文:Khaṇḍaroha). The wind element is Rūbinī. The space element is the sovereign mother of the Dharmadhātu. These are
