So, what is the meaning of the word "ground"? "Existence" refers to the forehead, which is the place of birth. That is to say, the forehead is the place of great bliss, and from there to the one named "incarnation," whatever is the course of the moon that ordinary people dwell in, without experiencing wisdom, that is "existence," or it is said to be skillful means or compassion. It is in accordance with Nirvana, so it is Nirvana. That is also what is said as "from the throat of the Vajra Jewel," it is from the throat of the secret Vajra. The four drops (bindus) are transferred. That is to say, it means to dwell in the place where the course of the moon arises and cause it to leak. What is called "non-abiding" is non-abiding in the two dharmas of samsara and nirvana that have just been spoken of. That is, not abiding in the forehead is in order to fully understand the faults of samsara. From there, the Bodhicitta that reaches the edge of the Vajra Jewel no longer regresses, in order to fully understand the Nirvana with faults. Therefore, what is called "Bhagavan" is the essence of Bodhicitta that dwells in the ga btson (Tibetan transliteration, meaning unknown) of the Buddha Jewel. Such a Bhagavan destroys all the faults of samsara and generates great bliss, that is the power that transcends the world. Similarly, because it is free from arising and entering, it destroys the faults of samsara and gives the fruit of great bliss, which is also spoken of in other tantras. What is called "similarly" is the word that indicates other tantras. The meaning of "initial and final pacification" is that the initial is the forehead and so on, and the final is the top and so on. The meaning of "existence and non-existence are exhausted" is what was said above, or it is to realize and exhaust at the beginning and the end. What is exhausted by that? It is the lord, the master of the three realms. That is also said to be emptiness and compassion inseparable, or it can be said to be both of the above-mentioned ways. The meaning of "called Bodhicitta" is that the conventional Bodhicitta and the ultimate Bodhicitta, these two inseparable Bodhicittas should be understood as Bodhicitta, as the Bhagavan said. This is the Bhagavan spoken of in the Glorious Guhyasamaja.

That which was spoken by the departed is therefore called "Thus." In order to elucidate the meaning of that very tantra, the so-called "beginning and end" has been explained above. The so-called "separation from birth and destruction" means that initially there is birth and ultimately there is destruction, but for this Bhagavan, it is separate and not possessed, this is its meaning. The so-called "peace" is that which has the name of beginning and end, which is peace. What is that? It is said to be "separation from the transformation of the senses," that is, the power of the beginning, end, and peace, so that the senses such as the eyes do not escape from their objects, or the wind of the transformation of the senses or the mind of enlightenment is considered to be separate, therefore, it is called separation for that which does not flow and is without leakage. The so-called "exhaustion of existence and non-existence" means that separation from clinging to existence and clinging to non-existence is called exhaustion. The so-called "what is completely separated from permanence and annihilation" means that its existence is clinging to permanence, and non-existence is clinging to annihilation, and it is separated from this. Such a statement reveals the first limb of the six-limbed yoga, which is called "gathering separately," and the so-called gathering separately is also considered to be devoid of the net of conceptualization. For one who does not possess the net of conceptualization, the so-called "the chief is the lord of the three realms" means that it transcends the realm of the three realms. The so-called "emptiness and compassion are inseparable, even if departed" reveals the fruit of the above-mentioned separate gathering, that is, from the great separate gathering, the mind of enlightenment arises, the vajra, abiding in the throat of the jewel, without leakage, is the meaning of emptiness. The so-called "the forehead is the place of existence, which is compassion" means that the forehead is compassion, the place of the sixteenth part of the moon of the mind of enlightenment. The so-called "in the middle of this" is the middle of the forehead and the jewel. The so-called "what abides in this way" means that the mind of enlightenment born of emptiness abides in this way. The so-called "co-emergent" means that all dharmas abide in suchness from the very beginning, whether the Tathagatas of the three times come or go, they do not change, and the one who abides is the world...
