Oṃ hūṃ ho sūryā candra viśodhaka svāhā. This is how it is said. With the conch water of complete victory, pour it on the disciple's head. In this way, after purifying the speech, lead him clockwise to the eastern gate. There, in order to purify the mind, bestow the vow initiation. The mantra for that is: Oṃ a ā e ai ar ār o au al āl aṃ aḥ viṣaya indriya viśodhani svāhā. After reciting this verse of the mantra, scatter flowers on the ears and so on. Similarly, the name initiation, urge it in the five places as before. Oṃ ha hā ya yā ra rā va vā la lā ca tu brahma vihari viśuddha svāhā. After reciting this mantra, on the hands and feet, wear bracelets, anklets, etc., or tie garlands of flowers. Then, vajra and skull cup, you recite his name. In this way, after purifying the mind, lead him towards the face of wisdom. As before, in the five places, bestow the subsequent permission initiation. Oṃ haṃ kṣa dharma cakra pravartaka svāhā. After reciting this mantra, give the vajra and bell to the right and left hands, and then prophesy to him. First, state the year and month, direction and date, etc. Such and such mandala, and such and such teacher, for such and such disciple, in order to attain worldly accomplishments, I prophesy with the seven initiations. In this way, after bestowing the seven initiations, do his purification and so on. Then give the vase, secret, and wisdom and prajñā. For the superior and intermediate disciples, the order is as it is, and so is the inferior. Knowing the monk, novice, and householder, begin the initiation. For this, first are the ten mudras, search for the son of your own lineage. The age is twelve, sixteen, or twenty years old. Possessing all qualities, adorned with form and youth. Together with the family, the disciple, for the sake of the unsurpassed initiation, makes a mandala with flowers of gold and so on, and prays. Destroyer of all obscurations, Kālacakra, I prostrate to you. Filled with supreme unchanging bliss, wisdom body, I prostrate to you. Emptiness and compassion are inseparable.
