Having shown the accomplishment of the purpose, he explained the characteristics of the six views, starting with selflessness, etc. To this, the Bodhisattva, Protector of the World, prostrated to the Bhagavan Kalachakra, who is superior to the six views, saying, "Kalachakra, the Great Bliss, I prostrate to the Protector of Beings." Because it comes from the happiness of the world, it is Great Bliss. What is that? It is called Kalachakra. Time (kala) refers to the compassion without object that abides as the past, future, and present times, transcending the unchanging essence, meaning the supreme, unchanging bliss. Where does that come from? Wheel (chakra) refers to the wheel of emptiness with an object, endowed with signs such as smoke. Therefore, the Bhagavan Kalachakra, which is the nature of the inseparability of emptiness and compassion, is said to be Great Bliss. How is that? It is called the Protector of Beings. Beings (gati) refers to all things that move and do not move. Because it abides in them by pervading them, it is called Protector. Therefore, after prostrating to the Bhagavan Kalachakra, who abides as the nature of bliss in all sentient beings, he shows the necessity, ༄། །The treatise spoken of by self and other views, I will explain it slightly extensively. That is, self refers to the views of the Vaibhashika, Sautrantika, Vijnanavada, and Madhyamika, which are the Buddha's views that follow the minds of sentient beings. Other refers to the minds of Brahma, Vishnu, Ishvara, the Destroyer, and the heretics, which are views or treatises. The meaning of those, from the root tantra, what is shown in the collected tantra of the King of the Manjushri Tantras of the Bhagavan, will be clarified by selflessness, etc. Among them, first, what is the intention of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, will be explained by selflessness, etc. Among them, the nature of the accomplishment that transcends the world is the view, because it shows the non-abiding nirvana, it is called view. That itself is high

The names such as liberation and freedom are used by the non-Buddhists. In short, in order to prove its own nature, each person relies on each of their own treatises. Therefore, the difference between the transcendental path and view exists between the Buddha and the non-Buddhists, not the worldly people. Similarly, in the Root Tantra of Glorious Hevajra it says: "Because it is made by Ishvara and others, The yoga of the six Vedas, And the mantra of the Buddhist tantra, The difference lies in emptiness." Thus spoke the Blessed One. Therefore, the characteristics of worldly accomplishments should be refuted as they are, and the transcendental accomplishment is that which always becomes the characteristic of non-action. For example, like the sky, it is the meaning of no birth and no death. Therefore, even if the non-Buddhists speak of the meaning of selflessness and so on, one should know that it belongs to the Buddha. Then, even if the Buddhists speak of the self and the agent, it is the view of the non-Buddhists.

If that is the case, wouldn't it be impossible to enjoy the fruits of virtue and non-virtue? If it is said that there is a future life, then due to the power of previous habitual tendencies, there are phenomena that have become the nature of future life, but it is not the case that they are completely non-existent. For example, just as understanding the meaning from the mouth of a teacher, from a lamp another lamp is produced, applying fragrance to clothes etc. with flowers etc., saliva flows from sourness, a water moon is produced from the moon, an echo is produced from sound, an image is produced from a mirror, fire arises from a magnifying glass, water arises from a water crystal, and a sprout arises from a seed, in the same way, the connection between the phenomena of arising and the phenomena of ceasing should be understood. Similarly, in the root tantra of the Glorious Hevajra it says: How does a Khenpo become wise? Just as a lamp arises from a lamp, just as another hand seal arises from a hand seal, from a face, a face in a mirror. Just as an echo arises from sound, just as fire arises from a magnifying glass, without the sun, the two will not appear. Without eating, saliva will flow, without sourness, there will be no birth. Just as a sprout arises from a seed etc., because it is the nature of cause and effect, it will not arise from anything else. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. Therefore, these aggregates that are now, will not arise from another future life, it is impossible apart from that. So, if virtuous and non-virtuous actions cannot be accomplished without a doer, therefore is the doer truly established? There are fruits of virtue and non-virtue, the doer is to be abandoned, because without a doer, there will be fruits of virtue and non-virtue. Similarly, for phenomena that arise and cease from dependent origination, there is no place to go for liberation, for phenomena that do not arise and do not cease, there is liberation in non-abiding nirvana. Why is that? If these aggregates themselves are liberated in nirvana, then there would be no difference between sentient beings and Buddhas. Therefore, if others go apart from these, then sentient beings and Buddhas would have no connection. Therefore, the aggregates of the world
