之所以说“哇”这个字是为了消除下行气和区分生命。因此，因为命气执持五境，所以是五倍增长次第的道理。因为下行气的三脉起作用，所以说是三倍增长，这是确定的。那么，以一百年为期限而寿命终结的特征是怎样的呢？就像《时轮》等中所说的那样。这里，人们的左脉、右脉和中脉，由于心力等功德的差别，命气运行。其中，那些成为黑暗自性的气息，在一百年时就成为死亡的自性。一百年时死亡的次第是怎样的呢？就像所说的“气息”等。对于一百年时将要死亡的人，脐轮等的脉如何消减呢？就像所说的“方向”等那样。在脐轮中，有成为地等坛城自性的六十条脉，以及摩羯等十二条脉，加起来就是七十二条。这些脉将在三年内消减。同样，业轮和事业轮的三百六十条脉，每条脉在三天三夜中消减，三年内所有的脉都会被命气舍弃。同样，喉咙等轮的脉将在三十天等时间内消减。同样，就像太阳抓住并舍弃向外移动的事物一样，为了了解内在的命气如何使脉衰弱，所以说了“部类”等。此外，对于六天六夜内死亡的人，脉如何消减呢？就像所说的“脐”等那样。人们寿命确定为一百年的原因是什么呢？就像所说的“生命”等那样。就像外面太阳和月亮的计数方式一样，三十个昼夜为一个时段，一个昼夜分为六十个时辰一样，内在也同样，命气以两万一千六百次呼吸在左右 ༄运行。

The reason for saying the syllable "va" is to eliminate downward-moving air and to differentiate life. Therefore, because the life-force air holds the five objects, it is the reason for the sequence of increasing by five. Because the three channels of downward-moving air perform their function, it is said to increase by three, this is certain. So, what is the characteristic of completing one's life in exactly one hundred years? It is as stated in the Kalachakra and other texts. Here, the left, right, and central channels of people, due to the differences in qualities such as mental strength, the life-force air flows. Among them, those breaths that have become the nature of darkness become the nature of death at one hundred years. What is the sequence of dying at one hundred years? It is as stated, "breath," and so on. For a person who will die at one hundred years, how will the channels of the navel chakra and others diminish? It is as stated, "direction," and so on. In the navel chakra, there are sixty channels that have become the nature of the mandala of earth and so on, and twelve channels such as Makara, which when combined become seventy-two. These channels will diminish in three years. Similarly, each of the three hundred and sixty channels of the karma chakra and activity chakra diminishes in three days and three nights, and in three years all the channels will be abandoned by the life-force air. Similarly, the channels of the throat and other chakras will diminish in thirty days and so on. Similarly, just as the sun grasps and abandons things that move outward, in order to understand how the life-force air weakens the channels internally, "categories" and so on are stated. Furthermore, how do the channels of people who die within six days and six nights diminish? It is as stated, "navel," and so on. What is the reason why people's lifespan is determined to be exactly one hundred years? It is as stated, "life," and so on. Just as the counting method of the sun and moon outside, thirty days and nights are one period, and one day and night is divided into sixty hours, so too internally, the life-force air flows in the left and right with twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. ༄

不运行。因为那个原因，作为身体所依的七万二千根脉中，每天晚上两根脉会坏掉。按照那个顺序，一百年结束时，生命之气会舍弃一切。生命之气舍弃身体，就是所谓的死亡。因为那个原因，薄伽梵说人的寿命是一百年。另外，在中脉不降临的时候，如果发生损伤等情况，那么，已经说了会因为那个过失而死亡，比如吃等。为了了解如同外面月亮抓住和舍弃脚一样，生命在内部的脉中运行，所以说了“心间的莲花”等。如果问月亮和太阳在日期和时间结合上不运行多少，在“方向”等中，这里每个月不运行二十九小时七分和三口气。按照那个顺序，六十四个昼夜舍弃一个昼夜。一百年里，一年零六个月，二十二个昼夜和三十个小时是不被月亮运行的。如果把那个变成两倍，三年和一个半月是被太阳净化的，要知道那个是中脉的自性。因此，要知道因为中脉的力量，人们在一百年结束时会死亡，而不是因为其他原因，所以说了“三界”等。现在为了了解因为死亡预兆的力量，各界变化的特征，所以说了“解释”等。如果知道了那样的征兆，用布施和禅定的力量如果能够扭转，就非常好。或者如果已经要死了，那么用布施和禅定的力量就不会投生到地狱等地方。现在为了用世俗谛来解释出生等的特征。

Because of that reason, the Bhagavan said that the lifespan of people is a hundred years.
