Self abides in samsara due to the power of the habit of the four drops' transformation. The Suchness of the Tathagatas is: "Holding sixteen halves and halves of bindus." This is because transformation is impossible due to the power of non-transformation, so they go to peace. Therefore, the Suchness of sentient beings is the cause, and the Suchness of the Tathagatas is the result. Why is it the cause? By the power of meditating on emptiness, it generates the fourth state for yogis. When the bindu of wisdom that generates arises, the co-emergent body is obtained. When the bindu of mind that generates the state of deep sleep, the bindu of speech that generates the state of dream, and the bindu of body that generates the state of wakefulness cease, in what order, the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya are obtained. Therefore, for sentient beings, the Suchness of transformation is samsara, not the nature of non-transformation. For the Tathagatas, the Suchness of non-transformation is non-abiding Nirvana, not the nature of samsara. Similarly, in the "Namasangiti," it says: "Possessing all aspects, without aspects, holding sixteen halves and halves of bindus." Just as samsarins are tainted by the habit of samsara due to the transformation of the four drops, the Buddhas are not like that. Why? Half of sixteen is eight, and half of eight is because it holds four bindus. Therefore, in the "Namasangiti," it says: "That nature is sixteen kinds." Is that the nature of samsara? Or is it the nature of Nirvana? The so-called unity of knowledge and the knowable, with what does one know Nirvana, that is wisdom, and it is existence; becoming the perfect nature for the sake of the knowable itself is Nirvana. These becoming one is: "Knowledge and the knowable become one." This refers to the meaning of the characteristic of Nirvana that is extremely transformed. Whose field of activity does that become? The supreme Victor with vows

It is called "Victorious One," because the one who overcomes demons and afflictions is the Victorious One, such as Achala and others. Because the originator of these is the chief, it is called "Supreme," which is Vajrasattva. Because it becomes the object of practice, it is called "The Supreme Vow of the Victorious One." It is not the object of practice for those in samsara. Furthermore, with the twelve aspects of the body. In "The Meaning of Truth," the so-called "twelve aspects" refer to the nature of makara and so on, as well as ignorance and so on, the twelve changes of equal and unequal on the left and right. The so-called "body" refers to the nature of the sixty mandalas, which is one hundred and sixteen thousand. Because the life force flows for those in samsara due to the difference of the twelve changes, the twelve aspects of the meaning of truth are obscured. The Tathagata, on the other hand, has twelve unobstructed limbs because the twelve changes are stopped. Thus, in the "True Praise of Names," it is said: "Possessing the twelve aspects of the meaning of truth." What is that? The so-called Bodhicitta, that which comes from above in the conventional, also departs in the ultimate, therefore, "Possessing the twelve aspects of the meaning of truth, it knows the sixteen aspects." That is the meaning of the false Bodhicitta. What is that like? The so-called "Victorious One's Vajra Word," the so-called "Victorious One" is the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, whose Vajra Word is the door of the scriptures, and is unbreakable by the power of discrimination, and cannot be spoken by ordinary people, therefore it is called "Victorious One's Vajra Word." Having thus paid homage to the Bhagavan Kalachakra, with the door of the four bodies that are in accordance with the meaning of the root tantra and the condensed tantra, pay homage to the first Buddha: In the body of omniscience and wisdom, the lord of the victorious ones and the co-emergent Dharmakaya. Likewise, the enjoyment Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya are the sun-like body, the eyes of lotus petals. Liberation and the existence of non-existence, the transformation of body, speech, and mind, and the purity of yoga with desire. Non-dual wisdom, skillful means, whatever god, human, or non-god

Thus praise the first Buddha. Homage! The term "all" refers to the twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. Knowing with the unchanging nature of bliss, hence it is called "all-knowing." That is the co-emergent body of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. The so-called "wisdom body" refers to the mind that grasps, which has become the nature of reality, which is the Dharma body. Similarly, having transcended the enjoyment of change, and having arisen from the unchanging bliss, it is called the "enjoyment body." So, what is it like? The so-called "midday body" is like the darkness of night being dispelled by the rays of the sun. For sentient beings who dwell in beginningless samsara, the darkness of ignorance destroys the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, therefore it is like the sun, and is the enjoyment body. In order to fully ripen sentient beings, various manifestations of magical powers are emanated, which is the emanation body, possessing the thirty-two marks of a great being, and possessing eyes like the petals of a blooming lotus. What is the meaning of this? Just as a lotus that grows from mud is not stained by the faults of the mud, so too, even if one enters into samsara with all its forms, one will not be stained by the imprints of samsara. This is the metaphor to be expressed. Why is one not stained by the imprints of samsara? Because the so-called "liberation" means to be completely liberated from the ocean of samsara, and having reached the other shore, it is liberation, which is emptiness and the other four. Because these can purify, one is not stained. Furthermore, there are "no existence, existence becoming body, speech, mind, and attachment," etc. The so-called "existence" refers to the state of arising from which something arises, that from which it arises is "existence." The so-called "non-existence" refers to the place where the states of birth and so on do not arise, which is non-abiding nirvana, becoming the nature of body and speech.
