Its nature is emptiness and the essence of compassion. If that is the case, isn't it the nature of samsara? Answer: The three realms do not possess arising and ceasing. (Tibetan: སྲིད་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་འཇིག་མི་མངའ་བ།) It means that wherever there is existence of birth, old age, and death, that is the desire realm, as well as the form realm and the formless realm, these three realms. Just as they have arising and ceasing, whatever does not have arising and ceasing is "the three realms do not possess arising and ceasing," which means transcending samsara and not having attained liberation. Furthermore, there is "the body of oneness of knowing and what is to be known." (Tibetan: ཤེས་དང་ཤེས་བྱ་གཅིག་པའི་སྐུ།) Among them, "knowing" refers to the apprehending mind that has become the self-aware nature; "what is to be known" refers to the apprehended mind that has become the nature of reality. Because they have become the nature of being of one taste, it is said to be "the body of oneness of knowing and what is to be known." Thus, after paying homage to the Blessed One, the Wheel of Time, with the ultimate truth, one pays homage to the Blessed One, the supreme primordial Buddha. With form and without form, Blessed Mother, Mother of Wisdom, I prostrate to you. Having abandoned birth and death, unchanging, bliss, joy like blooming, abandoning bliss, Mother of all Buddhas, possessing the three bodies, the three times are also like that. Omniscient wisdom, supreme primordial Buddha, Blessed One, non-dual, I prostrate to you. It means that because it surpasses Brahma and others, Shravakas and others, Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis and others, it is called "supreme." Because it was born before beginningless samsara, it is called "primordial." Because it knows the nature of all things, it is called "Buddha." Because it subdues the four maras of afflictions and others, it is "Blessed One"; or because it possesses the six qualities of sovereignty and others, it is "Blessed One." Because it has become the nature of both the apprehended and the apprehender, samsara and nirvana, means and wisdom, existence and non-existence, it is "non-dual." Furthermore, there is "With form and without form, Blessed Mother, Mother of Wisdom, I prostrate to you." It means that because it accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings to be tamed, and possesses all qualities, it is "with form." Because it abides in the essence of the nature of reality,

Because it is "ra", it is without form. Because it completely knows the nature of all things, therefore, the Bhagavati Mother Wisdom is unattached, which is like the moon and the moon's rays. What is that? It is called "unchanging bliss." The bliss of samsara is changing, just like that, what has no change, that is unchanging bliss, which is continuously entering, and, completely pervading all things, like the meaning of being like the sky. Is the bliss of samsara born from cause, just like that, is it also? "Abandoning laughter and other pleasures," means, transcending laughter, watching, holding hands, and embracing each other. What does that do? "The mother of all Buddhas," the meaning of all Buddhas is, the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya, and, because there is no obscuration, so it is the aggregates of form, etc., giving birth to those, so it is the mother of all Buddhas. What is that like? "Possessing the three bodies," means, possessing the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, is the meaning of the co-emergent body. Is that the nature of knowing or the nature of not knowing? "Truly knowing the three times," means, the past, future, and present three times, because knowing without self-nature, so it is truly knowing the three times, with the nature of the knower, it is not like the nature of deep sleep. Is it partial knowledge? It is said "all-knowing," the meaning of all-knowing is, the स्थिर(梵文天城体,Sthira,梵文罗马拟音,Sthira, stable) and moving things, knowing how those arise and perish, so it is called all-knowing. Thus, the Bhagavan possessing the qualities that are proclaimed, after prostrating to the first Buddha, through the way of "possessing twelve kinds of true meaning, knowing sixteen kinds of suchness," prostrating to the Bhagavan Kalachakra, Vajrayogini who abides on the Buddha's lion throne and is worshiped by the three realms.
