It is. Do not stir in order to become clear. Now, the Tathagata Bhagavan reveals the deeds. For "sentient beings" and so on, here in the world realm, diseases, and mandalas, wherever the Bhagavan dwells, it is for the sake of maturing sentient beings. Its true meaning is that, due to the power of the life-force pervading, in the state of sleep, the mind enters all things, which is dwelling outside. Similarly, the mind dwelling in the five mandalas of time and so on, and the five mandalas of space and so on, as well as the main elements such as aggregates and realms, is called dwelling in the lotus of Vajrayogini. Similarly, the mind entering objects such as sounds is dwelling in the wheel of the mandala. Dwelling on the letter ཨེ་ཝཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: एवं, Romanized Sanskrit: evaṃ, Literal meaning: Thus) refers to the state of supreme and unchanging bliss, in which body, speech, and mind merge. Thus, according to the order of expression, the sole Bhagavan Vajradhara transforms into three forms through the division of the three places. Similarly, the realms, faculties, and objects are surrounded by three things. By the division of the three bodies, it becomes the nature of the three meanings. Dwelling outside, inside, and in the mandala is dwelling in the three places. By benefiting the sentient beings dwelling in the three realms of desire, form, and formlessness, it is said to dwell in the three realms of existence. Similarly, among the kings of tantras, whatever is said as "Thus have I heard" is known by the Bhagavan himself, not heard by the ear from the mouth of another, but because it is revealed by himself. Who is the Bhagavan? Whoever is Vajradhara, from the melting moon, at the crown, throat, heart lotus, navel, and secret place. (Tibetan) This refers to, with the nature of bliss of self-awareness, flowing down from the chakras of the forehead and so on, at the end of the three drops of body, speech, and mind, with the nature of the wisdom drop, giving co-emergent bliss, and transferring to the lotus of the female, which in the literal sense is the Bhagavan Vajradhara. Its true meaning is Vajrayogini.

The ai bhiga are the four wheels, such as great bliss. Remaining in those wheels with the nature of the four bindus, such as the body, which do not transmigrate, is called Bhagavan Vajradhara. It should be known that such a Bhagavan, having entered the Buddha-field, benefits sentient beings, which is what is taught. Having entered the Buddha-field, yogis should understand that Bhagavan. This is what is said. Thus, with the nature of being supremely immutable, what is the Bhagavan like? It is taught that sentient beings see him differently according to their various habitual differences. One can be seen as many, due to the power of aspiration and merit, with the nature of realms and desire, etc. Abiding in the wheel, born from one's own heart in previous lives, due to the power of habit. One meaning, many languages, thoroughly enters the actual minds of each sentient being. Abiding in the wheel, proceeding greatly to the regions, for the sake of the merit of those who possess. This means that at the time of turning the wheel of Dharma, householders who are endowed with merit see the Bhagavan going for alms in their own homes, and the Bhagavan also acts in this way in order to accumulate merit for sentient beings. Having thus shown the characteristics of the Bhagavan's body, he shows what the speech is like. Among animals and so on, here ༄། །For all sentient beings abiding in the six realms, giving worldly and transworldly accomplishments in their own languages is the speech of the Bhagavan, not the speech of the gods. Therefore, the actions of the Bhagavan are not understood even by the Buddhas who have passed into nirvana with remainder, what need is there to mention ordinary sentient beings? This is what is said. Why is that? The Bhagavan is not born from his own nature, but shows the appearance of the body and so on. For example, like a rainbow in the sky, and the sky beyond dust appearing in water. Therefore, what is the body of the Bhagavan like? It is abandoning the aggregates and so on, and the
