The unobstructed tongue is the lord of the world. The touch of equanimity, the sense organ of the unobstructed body, eliminates all obscurations. Whoever has become the nature of skillful means and wisdom, enters the supreme unchanging bliss, the sense organ of the unobstructed mind, is called Samantabhadra, all Bodhisattvas. Thus, in the order of speaking, the unobstructed objects and subjects are Bodhisattvas and goddesses, not those born from dependent origination and the ephemeral. That itself is shown: these different objects and subjects of sixty million kotis, the Bodhisattvas with their children, form and reflections, etc., this is the realm of the supreme Victor, from all purity, unborn, unceasing, making supreme bliss, without impurity, traversed by wisdom. "Purity" means being free from the imprints of samsara. Because it has become unobstructed, it is unborn. Because it does not become tainted from the outside, it is unceasing. Because it has transcended worldly conventions, it makes supreme bliss. Because it has become the nature of non-discrimination, it is without impurity. Because it has become pure with the nature of non-duality, it is of wisdom. By what are such objects held? The three realms are not held by others; they are practiced through the gates of the senses of all beings. Those who have become such senses are, but not those who are close. Now, showing the joy of invoking the wisdom being, etc., such as "Inviting the Wisdom Eye," etc. Here, the wisdom being in the sense of inviting is the mind of enlightenment that has become the nature of supreme, unchanging bliss. The wrathful king, the one who ends obstacles, the inviter, fills the forehead with the collection of winds such as life. Then, the one who ends wisdom causes entry: after the fire element has melted, he causes entry into the chakras of the throat, etc. The one who ends Yama, the binder, does not allow movement from the secret lotus of the earth element. The one who ends the lotus, the one who pleases him, in the un-

It is called giving. The order is such that if the bodhicitta below is reversed upwards, then the yogi's demons and so on will decline. Furthermore, what is the intention of manifesting the goddesses such as Tsa-ri-tsa who reside in the wheel of speech? It is said: Yakshas, etc., here, in order to ripen the yakshas, etc., who cannot be overcome by others, Tsa-ri-tsa, etc., are manifested. Similarly, in order to protect people, Indra, etc., are manifested. In order to ripen the nagas, in accordance with their thoughts, the Victorious Ones and other nagas are manifested by the Bhagavan Vajrapani. In order to ripen the asuras, the dog-faced mothers, etc., who belong to their lineage, are manifested. Similarly, in short, whatever exists in the mandala, such as the earth deities, etc., and the tantras of yogis and yoginis, and the mantras that are the nature of various lineages, everything that the Bhagavan has spoken, should be known to accomplish the purpose for sentient beings. Furthermore, from the Kalachakra, the king of tantras, the Bhagavan, according to the thoughts of sentient beings with medium and supreme faculties, has spoken of worldly empowerment and transcendental empowerment. Among them, the seven empowerments such as water, and the vase that is the nature of the white part of the karma mudra, and tasting amrita, and the secret that is the nature of looking at the source of dharma, and the wisdom-jnana that is the nature of entering into the equality of the two faculties, and whatever is the state of transferring the four drops, all that should be known as worldly empowerment. So, what is transcendental empowerment? It is said: World

The seal is the great seal of the nature of emptiness with an object of focus. Because it is superior to the action seal, it is good. Or, because it bestows unsurpassed enlightenment, it is called the Excellent Woman. What is called arising afterwards is focusing on the very nature of the mind day and night. Whatever is the sameness of mind with it through gathering separately and so on is called transcendent empowerment. What is that great seal like? What is called merely the appearance of the mind means that here, the form of the great seal that has become the nature of emptiness is merely the appearance of one's own mind and is not an external object, because it appears to one's own mind. Where does it come from? What is called born from one's own mind means that it is born from one's own mind through the power of emptiness, just as one's own face appears to oneself as a reflection in a mirror. Such a great seal should be practiced by exceptional yogis in order to accomplish unsurpassed enlightenment. Who else relies on it besides yogis? What is called relied upon by all the victorious ones, their sons, and the Buddhas means what was relied upon by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the past. What is accomplished by relying on it? If the light of wisdom blazes intensely, it burns away the entire army of demons along with their realms. This means that here, if the light of wisdom is raised by the six branches of union, then the hosts of demons, along with their realms and those who possess realms, will be burned away, meaning that all things are without obscuration. What is accomplished by this? Giving equal bliss in the bodies of yogis such as desire is the work of yoga. This means that the light of wisdom shines without obscuration on the aggregates that have become the nature of demons and causes bodhicitta to drip from the forehead, and when that bodhicitta descends, it bestows the four joys and so on. Then, when it returns upwards from the tip of the vajra, one obtains the supreme unchanging
