Lacking authority and complete loss of samadhi, lacking complete loss of wisdom, and lacking complete loss of the wisdom vision of liberation. For the past time, there is no obstruction or attachment, and the wisdom vision without aspiration thoroughly enters; for the future time, there is no obstruction or attachment, and the wisdom vision without aspiration thoroughly enters; for the present time, there is no obstruction or attachment, and the wisdom vision without aspiration thoroughly enters. All activities of the body are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All activities of speech are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All activities of mind are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. Therefore, at all times and in all places, one should abide well in equality, because one truly abides in emptiness. Complete purification of wisdom leads to becoming a Tathagata, because it is the nature of being without obscurations. In a single mandala wheel, in order to display the illusory manifestations of form deities, numbers, colors, hand gestures, shapes, and discriminations, becoming a Vajrasattva with the ten powers, there is absolutely no complete purification of wisdom with obscurations. However, when the path of omniscience is lost and overwhelmed by false pride, one boasts, "I am also a Vajrasattva with the ten powers." This is not a possessor of the ten powers, but the opposite of the ten powers, a great fool. Here, this yogi's Buddhahood is unprecedented, extremely rare, and great, because it possesses all obscurations. The Bhagavan, in the "Praise of Discriminating Wisdom" from the "Tathāgataguhyasūtra," spoke in the ninth verse as follows: "The suffering of the three sufferings is pacified; eliminating the three, one obtains three limitless liberations. One is definitely liberated from all obscurations; like the sky, one abides in equality." Because of this speech of the Bhagavan, yogis will not become omniscient through the power of meditating on conceptual forms. Then, the Tathagata, in all the tantra kings, the aggregates

Those are the Buddhas such as Vairochana, the elements are the goddesses such as Chakshurmatri, the six faculties are the Bodhisattvas such as Kshitigarbha, the objects are the goddesses such as Rupa Vajri, and ignorance etc. are the wrathful kings such as Yamantaka, isn't it said so? Therefore, some people might think that the bodies of sentient beings are the emanations of the Buddha. Therefore, it should be said. Here, the ignorant say that the bodies of sentient beings are the emanations of the Buddha, but if examined carefully, this statement is not valid, this is not the teaching of the Tathagata. If, according to the literal meaning, the bodies of sentient beings are the emanations of the Buddha, then at that time all sentient beings abiding in the three realms would become Buddhas who had previously attained perfect enlightenment, because they were already perfectly enlightened Buddhas, so the activities of listening, thinking, meditating, and gazing etc. for the sake of the Buddha himself would become meaningless. All sentient beings would have no birth and death. In samsara there would be no happiness and suffering, no harm such as hunger and thirst. They would be endowed with the wealth of the Buddha's qualities such as the six superknowledges. This is neither seen, nor heard, nor inferred, nor prophesied by the Tathagata. Therefore, sentient beings will not become Buddhas, because they do not have the qualities of the Buddha, and because they merely abide in samsara. In the Bhagavan's "Praise of Names," the thirteenth verse says: The other shore of samsara has been reached, what should be done has been done, abiding on dry land, only awareness clearly manifests, destroying everything with the weapon of wisdom. Therefore, the bodies of sentient beings will not become the emanations of the Buddha. However, due to the power of habituated meditation, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases etc. will appear as the wheel-aspect of the mandala.

Transformation, therefore some might think, didn't the Tathagata also say that one can attain Buddhahood through it? Therefore, it should be explained. Here, what children say, due to the power of habit, transforming the skandhas, dhatus, ayatanas, etc., into the appearance of the mandala's wheel, but the Tathagata's saying that one can attain Buddhahood through it is not so, because it lacks the accumulation of merit and wisdom. Here, if yogis, without accumulating merit and wisdom, merely through habitual meditation, transform the skandhas, dhatus, ayatanas, etc., into the appearance of the mandala's wheel, and also attain Buddhahood through the meditation of conceptual thought, then, another person with meager merit, if he thinks "I am the king," then he should also become the king merely through habit, without accumulating merit, but this has never been seen. Just as due to inverted conceptual thought, being separated from the accumulation of merit, merely being accustomed to meditating on the nature of conceptual thought, one does not become a king, similarly, yogis lacking merit and wisdom, due to being accustomed to conceptual thought, even after countless eons, will not become perfectly enlightened Buddhas, because they lack merit and wisdom. The Bhagavan, in the "Praise of the Extremely Pure Realm of Dharma," said in sixteen verses: Possessing merit is the accumulation of merit, wisdom is the great source of wisdom, possessing wisdom knows existence and non-existence, the two accumulations are the accumulators. Therefore, due to these words of the Bhagavan, lacking merit and wisdom, meditating on the image of conceptual thought, through the power of meditation, one will not attain Buddhahood. Then, if the meditation on the image is conceptual thought, and through conceptual thought yogis cannot attain Buddhahood, then what is the meaning of the Tathagata's saying, "One should purify this body with the deities of the mandala's wheel"? Some might think this way, therefore, it should be explained.
