The nature of fire is heat, and the nature of melting is water. The nature of those melting agents is diverse; some are called Vajra Subduer, which can melt vajra and melt crystals. Similarly, some can melt gold, and similarly, they can melt silver, copper, and iron. They should be closely combined, but iron should not be extracted from them. They have two tastes: accomplished and unaccomplished. Mining iron, etc., is accomplished, as they exist in holes in the ground, etc. Those unmined tastes of pāra (पारा, pāra, other shore) and mercury are when iron, etc., are boiled and transformed into seeds, that is, transformed separately, mining iron, and then mining, and when eaten, they will take away all diseases. Rotten iron should be completely abandoned, and the so-called "So" refers to substances that can melt gold, etc., except for lead and tin; this is the determination of minerals and near-minerals, etc. All of these, such as Māṣika, should be purified by the methods of mineralogy, etc., and then used for the purposes mentioned. Otherwise, unpurified minerals and near-minerals will damage substances. Similarly, enemies of gold and silver should not be added to gold and silver, but friends of gold and silver should be added to make gold and silver. For killed iron, enemies should be added in the manner stated in the treatises. Similarly, unpurified copper and sharp objects should not be added to gold and silver. Unkilled lead and tin should not be added to anything. For the taming of killed iron, unrisen iron should be killed. For taming copper, etc., with life, enemies of great minerals and near-minerals should be added for taming. For the "friends" of silver and gold, it refers to the function of seeds. Now, the nature of minerals is declared, first, etc., here, first, it moves with the nature of smoke; whatever exists in fire and is boiled moves by making sounds in order. Like a child, running by jumping is a young person, and running by trembling violently

The young child is in his prime, and the one without trembling is the old person, i.e., the one who smelts and subsequently smelts. Here, the child who can make sounds is not the one who smelts iron, nor is the one who jumps. However, the young person smelts by applying it to the leaves and gently heating it with a mild flame. Thus, the child smelts by applying it to the leaves. The young person smelts with a closed container. The youth smelts by piercing with a spear. The old person smelts as he pleases. Thus, the one who can make sounds and jump also smelts, and the first one with the ability to travel in smoke smelts with leaves. The one with trembling smelts with a spear. These three methods will be explained, and those translated by the translators become old, that is, smelting as one pleases, which is the determination of the merit of taste. Now, the virtues of medicine are spoken of, such as "supreme," etc. Here, from all the treatises on taste, the diamond completely harms contact, and from the combination of supreme medicine, taste and beeswax flow without gaps. Therefore, the stones that can melt diamonds and beeswax, that is, the wisdom and vidya of those stones. The supreme medicine is the taste medicine that will be explained. Those medicines are powerful and can completely melt all metals such as beeswax. Who can do it? If those supreme medicines are not available, who can deprive and internally seize the mercury's "da" bond in the position above "ye"? If bound, it will fly in the sky, and likewise, if eaten, people's deaths will also be reduced, by whose power? Therefore, if there is no wisdom, in order to seize diseases, the lords of the earth should practice this freedom of taste, which is the determination of the freedom of taste. Other easily understood verses are also like this. Now, the characteristics of the supreme medicine are spoken of, such as "whoever applies," etc. Here, whoever merely applies it can immediately remove the dirt from the copper leaf placed in the fire, that is, the supreme medicine, which is the same as the great taste, and after eating it can remove all diseases, and in order to bind the taste, it can be integrated into various metals.
