头顶和前额是身之坛城。其外围，所有坛城都以世间界的自性存在。箭乘以十所变成的量度是千，即须弥山顶上的五万量度是身、语、意之坛城。中心是时轮和手印的特征。其外围从五万起，是六轮的总和，即以诸时清净，是世间界的自性和六时的自性。六轮和六族，之前已经说过了。量度知识百万，安住于风之坛城，即风之坛城的终极是坛城。中心是八二柱子们，以十六份清净的楼房，即那些柱子们围绕中心，是智慧之轮。出生地的自性是产生所有成就，即须弥山圆满。现在以薄伽梵的身量，宣说外围坛城的特征，如“胜者”等，此处胜者的主尊薄伽梵从顶髻之上到眉间中央，即眉间中央是半个太阳指，即十二又二分之一指的量度。然后是颈部的莲花，也是一样，即十二又二分之一指的量度。心口也是十二又二分之一指。然后是脐密莲花也是一样，即脐莲花十二又二分之一指。同样，秘密莲花也是十二又二分之一指。这样从顶髻到秘密莲花的末端，六十二又二分之一指的量度是身量。足底是“玛努”即十四指所变成的。胫骨也是一样，即二十五，大腿也是一样。脚的厚度是“知识”即四又二分之一指。同样，膝关节和髋部也是四指。这样六十二又二分之一指

The crown of the head and the forehead are the mandala of the body. Outside of that, all mandalas exist in the nature of the world realm. The measurement obtained by multiplying the arrow by ten is a thousand, that is, the fifty thousand measurements on top of Mount Sumeru are the mandalas of body, speech, and mind. The essence is the characteristics of the Wheel of Time and the mudras. Outside of that, starting from fifty thousand, it is the sum of the six wheels, that is, purified by all times, it is the nature of the world realm and the nature of the six times. The six wheels and the six families have been mentioned before. The measurement of one hundred thousand knowledges abides in the wind mandala, that is, the ultimate of the wind mandala is the mandala. The center is the eighty-two pillars, with a sixteen-part pure building, that is, those pillars surround the center, which is the wheel of wisdom. The nature of the birthplace is to generate all accomplishments, that is, Mount Sumeru is complete. Now, with the body measurement of the Bhagavan, the characteristics of the outer mandala are explained, such as "Victorious One," etc. Here, the chief deity of the Victorious One, the Bhagavan, from the top of the crown to the center of the eyebrows, that is, the center of the eyebrows is half a sun finger, that is, a measurement of twelve and a half fingers. Then there is the lotus of the neck, which is the same, that is, a measurement of twelve and a half fingers. The chest is also twelve and a half fingers. Then the navel secret lotus is also the same, that is, the navel lotus is twelve and a half fingers. Similarly, the secret lotus is also twelve and a half fingers. Thus, from the top of the crown to the end of the secret lotus, the measurement of sixty-two and a half fingers is the body measurement. The sole of the foot is "Manu," which is transformed by fourteen fingers. The shin is also the same, that is, twenty-five, and the thigh is also the same. From the hips of both legs to the end of the soles of the feet. Thus, a hundred and twenty-five fingers in length is the body of the Buddha. The chest, half and half plus the sun, refers to a measure of twelve and a half fingers. One's own arms and hands are the measure of the sky, eyes, king, and sun, that is, twenty fingers for the arm, sixteen fingers for the near arm, and twelve fingers for the hand, up to the end of the middle finger. One finger is the junction of the hand and the near arm, and the junction of the armpit and the near arm. Thus, there are sixty-two and a half fingers in total, and as it is on the left, so it is on the right. In all, one hundred and twenty-five fingers is the size of the body, which is square. This is four cubits for sentient beings, that is, ninety-six fingers for humans. Above and below are eighty-four fingers, and thus, humans do not possess the characteristics [of a Buddha]. The four knowledges refer to the size of the crown of the head. Four and a half refers to the height of the head, and four refers to the forehead. Starting with "and", four refers to the nose, four and a half refers to the end of the chin below the nose, and four refers to the throat. Then, from the heart, navel to the secret place, the lord of men changes in sequence with the number of half plus the sun. The lotus of the secret place is at the root of the navel, and the vajra is also there, which is the crown of the head above the Victorious One. In the center of the white hair between the eyebrows and the lotus of the secret place, the drop of semen does not change, generating bliss, the place where it abides. The glorious vajra ground, by the power of the two lineages, the wheel of the body is the forehead and the navel, the wheel of speech is the throat and the heart, and the wheel of mind is the secret place and the crown of the head. Now, concerning the pure mandala on the body, it is said "half plus the sun" etc., here on the body, the center of the secret place and the white hair between the eyebrows is the heart. That is the wheel of mind, from the center of the navel and the throat, it is twelve and a half fingers. At the junction of the navel and the throat, twenty-five fingers is the wheel of speech. At the end of the secret lotus and the white hair between the eyebrows, fifty fingers is the wheel of the body, that is, the vajra ground. Half of the mind refers to abiding within the wheel of mind, that is, the wisdom of the six fingers including the feet.
