The fourteen sections are easy to understand. Now it is about "From speaking of the destruction of the world," and so on. Here, the Dharma taught by the Buddha Bhagavan is of two types: one is the conventional truth, and the other is the ultimate truth. Among these, it is said in the conventional truth: "By the wisdom born of freedom, one truly knows the accumulation of subtle particles. The treasury of water in the Kashmir treatises, the treatises of the Vaibhashikas also assert this." Similarly, all non-Buddhists also hold to the accumulation of subtle particles, therefore, one should understand the arising and destruction of the Buddha-fields and worlds outside. Moreover, this arises from the cause of sentient beings enjoying the fruits of virtue and non-virtue, and it exists as long as the aggregates of sentient beings exist, this is certain. Therefore, at the time of the destruction of the world, the wind of karma is what previously generated the world and the Buddha-fields. Its nature is of two types: one is unmoving like a star relying on the sky, not going in any direction of the world and the Buddha-fields. The second is the nature of revolving like a wheel in the sky. Similarly, the stable things gathered within the world are of an unmoving nature. Sentient beings are of a moving nature, and the wind of karma refers to the nature of distinguishing consciousness. Similarly, the bodies composed of subtle particles are gathered together. Therefore, at the time of the destruction of the Buddha-fields and the destruction of the world, which have the characteristics of formation and destruction, and the nature of arising and ceasing. At the time of the destruction of the world, from the earth, it refers to the things that exist from the earth, correctly combined with the subtle particles of the elements such as water, separating from the collection of earth particles, separating the earth particles from each other, and entering the water element, that is, entering the collection of water particles. Similarly, separating from the water element and entering the fire, separating from the fire and entering the wind, separating from the wind, each completely entering the sky.

are used. Thus, the world is gathered together, but it is not because some deity called the "Fire of Time" is in the underworld that it burns and reduces the world to ashes. Since the accumulated Fire of Time dust consumes other things, whatever is separate from the dust does not burn or consume anything at all. Thus, after the stable things have been destroyed, those lives that are of the nature of consciousness go to the world of other realms that are produced by the wind of karma, in order to approach and enjoy them. Thus, the infinite winds of karma produce the world and produce the Buddha-fields, just as the lives of sentient beings each produce their own bodies. The production of the growth of stable things, this is the conclusion of the conventional truth. Now, the dwelling of those who are liberated from the wind of karma is spoken of, the so-called Buddha-field, etc. Here, from the "Praise of Good Conduct," the Blessed One said this: Upon one atom are Buddhas equal to the number of atoms, In the center of the Buddha's sons, I dwell. Therefore, in the conventional truth, the dwelling of the Buddhas is not abandoned or without support. In the ultimate truth of the unobstructed Dharma, there is no dwelling, as it is said in the chapter on the noble Dharma of the Perfection of Wisdom: The Buddhas have never gone or come, they will not go or come, they do not go. Therefore, all the essence realms that are made up of pure dust, all the Buddhas who pierce the support of the tip of a single atom, that is, those who are of the nature of emptiness, without obstruction. Thus, the Buddha-field is completely not karmic, that is, it is free from the wind of karma. After the wisdom body that creates the three realms has completely seen, all the Buddhas dwell together with the pure dust. The two are of equal taste, in the pure dust, that is, having made the ordinary essence into the essence of accomplishment and the samsaric ones
