It means that the mind of enlightenment does not change. Being surrounded by Bodhisattvas means having a small portion obscured by the aspiration mind. The Vajra sons refer to each and every particle, that is, those who abide in the two dharmas of wisdom and means, referring to those who abide in the immovable and so on. Similarly, in the particles of time and so on, the exhaustion of detachment and so on is manifested limitlessly, referring to those who have entered into the immovable and so on. Here, the word 'particle' refers to the immovable and other grounds, not the subtle particles. The term 'pure particle' refers to the twelve grounds that serve as the basis, meaning that all obscurations have been exhausted. These, together with the time when Vajrasattva is formed, appear in the sky, meaning that as long as the merit and wisdom of sentient beings have not been accumulated, they will not see the appearance of the Buddha. Therefore, appearing in the sky, they abide in the Dharmakaya. Now, the formation of the world is discussed, mentioning the time of 'Sambarta,' and it is said that 'Sambarta' means destruction. Here, this word is not so, but rather it enters into dharma and non-dharma in the correct form, therefore it is formation. From its cause, the wind of karma transforms into three types: correctly holding, churning, and shaping. Among them, the one that correctly holds holds the collection of particles of earth and so on, just as the wind of clouds holds the collection of extremely subtle particles of water. Then, the one that churns churns the collection of particles of earth and so on until the ultimate particle, like salt, until the elements become solid. Similarly, they combine with each other, with the main thing being the main and the secondary thing being the secondary. Therefore, in the solid dharma, the extremely subtle particle of earth is the main, and the rest are secondary. Similarly, water with water, fire with fire, movement with wind, and all play are equal, that is, devoid of their respective qualities. Then comes shaping.

That the great power of the winds causes all Buddhafields to be completely established refers to the ten winds, such as the life-sustaining wind and the downward-clearing wind. Just as the causes of decay and growth depend on external things, so too are the life-sustaining winds and so on in the body. That "for each world, there are again great surrounding mountains all around" refers to the individual bodies of sentient beings, just like hair and skin. That "in the center of that Buddhafield, the nature of karma transforms into one world, just like the Avadhuti (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Chinese literal meaning: the one who is free from defilements) of all the channels." The remaining worlds, the nature of enjoyment, are like the other channels. Those worlds bring local happiness, like the channels of the body. That "completely filled with all kinds of jewels" is like the channels filled with blood. The Buddhafield arises with the world, just as the body arises with the seventy-two thousand channels. Now, concerning the world, all the descriptions of the characteristics of Mount Meru and so on refer to the meaning of the lord of all mountains. Here, the east refers to the eastern Videha, which is pure Indranila (Tibetan: ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་), because it has the nature of wind. Located at the end are Ya (Tibetan: ཡ), Ra (Tibetan: ར), La (Tibetan: ལ), and Va (Tibetan: ཝ); the east is Ya. The south is Padma Raga (Tibetan: པདྨ་རཱ་ག་), because it has the nature of the Ra syllable. The west is Kara Ketana (Tibetan: ཀ་ར་ཀེ་ཏ་ན་), yellow, because it has the nature of the La syllable. The north is like holding a mountain, white, moon, crystal, because it has the nature of the Va syllable. Similarly, Yara Lava, should be understood as the four continents. The center is green, emptiness, because it has the nature of the Ha syllable. Contained within it, here refers to the essence of that great mandala. This has been said before. Initially, it refers to the heart mandala in the center, which is the nature of the heart. Twice that is the mandala of speech and body. In the central location of Mount Meru is the wheel of wisdom, in the location of the heart is the heart mandala, and in the location of the throat is the mandala of speech.
