and the six supernormal knowledges. Similarly, seeing the number of things and seeing the number of all things. Similarly, language is the nature of the number of sentient beings and the nature of the number of all sentient beings. Similarly, teaching the Dharma is the characteristic of the number of sentient beings and the characteristic of the language of the number of all sentient beings. Similarly, nirvana is with remainder and without remainder. Similarly, the absence of self of the person and the absence of self of phenomena. Similarly, meditating on the four noble truths and the samadhi of emptiness, the absence of inherent existence of all phenomena. Thus, by the difference of the grounds, the benefit of sentient beings to be done turns into two kinds. Here, by obtaining the first ground, one truly sees the meaning of the ultimate end of one world that has not been seen before. By obtaining the second ground, one reaches the ultimate end of two of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the third ground, one reaches the ultimate end of four of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the fourth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of eight of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the fifth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of sixteen of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the sixth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of thirty-two of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the seventh ground, one reaches the ultimate end of sixty-four of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the eighth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of one hundred and twenty-eight of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the ninth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of two hundred and fifty-six of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the tenth ground, one reaches the ultimate end of five hundred and twelve of the ten directions of the world. By obtaining the eleventh ground, one reaches the ultimate end of one thousand and twenty-four of the ten directions of the world, and one truly sees the hidden meaning. Similarly, it is the characteristic of the number of two thousand and three thousand worlds. The so-called one thousand is from the center of the Saha world, each with a thousand above and below, like below and above, east and west, north and south, truthless and powerful.

And wind and fire. Similarly, two thousand and three thousand. Thereafter, it is called the Great Thousand, which are the immeasurable great world realms. In these realms, the unseen meaning is truly seen by the perfectly enlightened Buddha who has attained the twelfth stage, but not by those who are free from attachment. From the attachment of wisdom arises the unchanging moment of great bliss, attaining these lands of the Tathagata, attaining one hundred and eighteen immovable moments, thereby attaining the first stage. With this number, it reaches the end of the twelve stages. With twenty-one thousand six hundred immovable moments, the twelve stages are attained, until the cessation of the twelve limbs. When the twelve times cease, the twelve months cease. When the twelve months cease, the three hundred and sixty days and nights cease. When the three hundred and sixty days and nights cease, the twenty-one thousand six hundred hours cease. Just as it is in the external world, so it is within the body, the breaths equal to the number of hours cease. When the breaths cease, the body ceases, and this is due to the unchanging moment of the mind of enlightenment. Just as when mercury is boiled and jewels devour iron, they seize their great color, but are not in a base state. The iron that is touched by that great color will become stainless, and the stones will become jewels. Similarly, the practice of the mind of enlightenment devours the aggregates, elements, sources, and life, seizing their great color, but is not in a base state. Those beings who are blessed by that color through the power of merit will become endowed with clairvoyance, but not the perfectly enlightened Buddha. When the boiled iron merges with the mercury into one, the iron penetrated by the mercury will become stainless, but it is not that the nature of matter disappears. Because of their perfect mutual union, therefore the elements are not elements, and mercury is not mercury, having completely abandoned their former nature.
