Do not abide in the fire realm, do not abide in the wind realm, do not abide in the empty realm. Do not abide in the eye realm. Do not abide in the form realm, do not abide in the eye consciousness realm, do not abide in the ear realm, do not abide in the sound realm, do not abide in the ear consciousness realm, do not abide in the nose realm, do not abide in the smell realm, do not abide in the nose consciousness realm, do not abide in the tongue realm, do not abide in the taste realm, do not abide in the tongue consciousness realm, do not abide in the body realm, do not abide in the touch realm, do not abide in the body consciousness realm, do not abide in the mind realm, do not abide in the dharma realm, do not abide in the mind consciousness realm. Thus, in the Prajnaparamita, the Tathagata's non-conceptual wisdom is spoken by the Bhagavan for the sake of attaining perfect and complete enlightenment. Conceptualization is not, because of the nature of attachment and detachment. Here, when the conceptualization of sentient beings fully enters, at that time, attachment arises towards the most beloved objects, and detachment arises towards the disliked objects, and thus they wander in samsara. When non-conceptualization fully enters, at that time, there is no attachment to the beloved objects, and there is no detachment to the disliked objects, thus there is no attachment and detachment. Because there are none of these, there is no samsara. Because there is no samsara, one becomes perfectly and completely enlightened. Therefore, for the sake of accomplishing Buddhahood, non-conceptualization is the wisdom of the Tathagata, and not other discriminating samadhi. Thus, those who are unskilled, thinking that non-conceptualization is wisdom, will fall into great annihilation, some will say, therefore it should be said. Here, if the wisdom without conceptualization gives Buddhahood, then why have all sentient beings not become Buddhas? Because in deep sleep, the wisdom without conceptualization fully enters, there is no attachment to the beloved objects, and there is no detachment to the disliked objects, therefore in the state of deep sleep, there is no attachment and detachment.

Therefore, the wisdom without thought does not make all sentient beings become perfectly complete Buddhas. Therefore, the wisdom without thought does not become the Tathagata's wisdom, because in the chapter on Samadhi in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, the Blessed One spoke of various Samadhis, such as the Samadhi called "Jewel Lamp." Here, if the Jewel Lamp is without thought or manifestation, then how can it become the Samadhi called "Jewel Lamp"? Similarly, other Samadhis will not be without thought, because they have the characteristic of self-awareness and are not the emptiness of inanimate objects. If children say, "If the Tathagata's wisdom is self-aware, then how did the Tathagata teach that all dharmas are without inherent existence?" To this it should be said that the Tathagata's wisdom is that which realizes the absence of inherent existence of all dharmas, and is not a mind that is extremely asleep, characterized by the absence of all things. As it is said in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, "The mind that exists is not the mind," which means that the nature of the mind is inherently luminous. If the Tathagata's wisdom does not become self-aware, then the Tathagata will not teach the Dharma according to the minds of sentient beings, because He has completely realized and truly knows all dharmas. If it is self-aware through the sense faculties, then it will not be indivisible, all-pervading, and all-encompassing, because everything is endowed with obscurations. Therefore, the Tathagata's wisdom is self-aware, knowing the nature of all dharmas, non-conceptual, and without sense faculties. As the Blessed One said in the Praise of the Wisdom of Distinctive Knowledge in the Praise of Names, with twenty verses and three others, such as: "Peaceful Nirvana, well-being and bliss, having crossed Nirvana, reached the end of Nirvana, having eliminated suffering and happiness, reached the limit, free from attachment, transcended the body, invincible, incomparable."
