I do not perform homa with human fat and life for the purpose of expulsion, empowerment, etc. In a seven-cornered hearth, homa with kimshuka branches, red flowers, and vajra water is not performed for the purpose of half-attraction empowerment, etc. In a three-cornered hearth, homa with sandalwood branches, dust, and bael flowers is not performed for the purpose of empowerment, rigidity, etc. In an eight-cornered hearth, homa with bael branches, old flowers, and saliva is not performed for the purpose of rigidity, delusion, etc. In a six-cornered hearth, homa with arka branches, golden shower flowers, and alcohol is not performed for the purpose of delusion, pacification, etc. Similarly, distinctions are made by the classification of colored powders: white powder for pacification and increase, black powder for killing and expulsion, red powder for empowerment and attraction, yellow powder for rigidity and delusion, and green powder for restoration. Similarly, distinctions are made by the classification of rosaries: for pacification, mantra recitation with crystal rosaries, etc.; for increase, rosaries of pearl beads; for killing, rosaries of human bones; for expulsion, rosaries of owl bones or donkey bones; for empowerment, rosaries of coral; for attraction, rosaries of lotus seeds or red sandalwood; for rigidity, rosaries of rudraksha; for delusion, rosaries of buddleja; and for restoration, mantra recitation with agate rosaries, etc. Thus, even accomplished substances such as mantras, medicines, jewels, swords, essences, and elixirs have temporary qualities, but no qualities that transform into supreme qualities. Here, in the Buddha-field of the three-thousandfold great thousand worlds, just as the Blessed One simultaneously benefits sentient beings with many serpent-like bodies and various languages, yogis cannot benefit sentient beings with these temporarily accomplished things, because they are only temporary. The name of the Blessed One is also

In the verses praising the discriminating wisdom of pure speech, the first three verses declare as follows: True selflessness is suchness, true limit is without letters. The supreme leader of emptiness speakers, profound and vast, emits sound. It is the Dharma conch with great sound, it is the great-sounding ghaṇṭā of Dharma. The one who does not abide in nirvāṇa, the great Dharma drum of the ten directions. Formless, beautiful container, born from mind with various forms. All forms are the glory of appearance, the one who holds all images. Similarly, in the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras, the Wisdom Chapter, with ninety-seven verses, the speech of the Bhagavan Omniscient One is spoken as follows: To those who hold conches, yakṣas, gods, non-gods, as well as those who crawl on their bellies, humans, āryas, Tibetans, etc., the three forms of past, future, and present, and the Dharma that is always true, are all spoken. With their own different languages, without leaving out any of the three realms of beings, they can all be truly established on the path. This is the speech of the Omniscient One, which bestows the fruit of bliss and equality, and it is not the language of gods. Furthermore, in that same chapter, with the verses before it, the body and speech activities of the Omniscient One are spoken, as follows: In previous lives, the objects such as peace and attachment that arose from one's own heart, through the power of karmic imprints, abide in the wheel, and one can appear as many, which is the power of aspiration and merit. One meaning, many languages, with their own objects, can deeply enter the hearts of beings. For the merit of those with qualities, abiding in the wheel, they go forth to wander for alms. Here, like the body, speech, mind, and wisdom of the Omniscient One, all aspects, without discrimination, can accomplish all activities. Thus, the discriminating meditation and mantra practices of yogis cannot accomplish the activities of the Omniscient One. Similarly, those who are free from desire, who directly realize the exhaustion ground and so on, also become partial, why? Because they can only display partial magical powers. Here, the desire

One who is free from attachment, if he manifests the exhaustion of earth, he can delight in the exhaustion of earth, but he cannot delight in the exhaustion of water and so on. Likewise, for the exhaustion of emptiness, one should also understand it in each individual exhaustion. Here, one who has a mandala wheel, if he delights in the assembled mandala, he cannot delight in the mandala of Hevajra and so on. One who delights in Hevajra cannot delight in the assembled and so on, because it is one-sided. If one mandala wheel is manifested, then all the mandala wheels and the three realms will also be manifested, because other than that, there is no mandala wheel outside the three realms, the aggregates, the elements, and the sense bases, some people will have such thoughts. Therefore, it should be said. Here, if one exhaustion realm or mandala wheel is manifested, then the three realms will be manifested, and it will also become omniscient and so on, then in order to obtain the state of omniscience, manifesting omniscience itself, knowledge of the path itself, knowledge of the aspects of the path itself, and knowledge of all aspects itself will not be established, because if the exhaustion of earth and so on or one mandala wheel is manifested, it will become perfectly complete enlightenment, and it will not become a Hearer, a Solitary Buddha, or an Accomplished One. Here, hearing the words of the Bhagavan from the three vehicles, in such and such a Buddha field and such and such a world, in such and such an aeon, from such and such a lineage, such and such a son, a Tathagata endowed with the thirty-two major marks of a great person and the eighty minor marks, endowed with the six superknowledges, will appear, and will attain perfect enlightenment in such and such a place. He will dwell in such and such a place. He will turn the wheel of Dharma. He will teach such and such a Dharma to sentient beings with various inclinations in various languages. In such and such a place, he will show the great relics and completely pass into nirvana.
