Was it not said that one should invoke, abide, bind, and delight in the wheel of joy and wisdom, and make it equal to the mandala of vows, that all the Tathagatas and goddesses empower oneself, that one possesses the vajra crown and ornaments, and that one should meditate on oneself with the pride of Vajrasattva and the form mantra? Here, if someone manifests the thought that meditating on the wheel of the mandala is a conceptual meditation, and that this is a refutation of the words of the Tathagata, then it should be stated. Here, this is indeed true, that the Blessed One, relying on the conventional truth with wisdom, and according to the minds of sentient beings, for those who are childish in mind, weak in diligence, and unable to fully realize the ultimate truth, who are afraid of profound and vast wisdom, who are delighted in accomplishing peaceful and other activities, who are attached to enjoying sense objects, who are delighted in swords, pills, eye medicine, essences and essence extracts, and in accomplishing worldly siddhis, he has spoken of the knowledge that arises dependently, the sense objects of the senses that arise dependently, and the fleeting, fleeting benefits. Because of these fleeting benefits, these words of the Tathagata are not based on the ultimate truth. However, for fleeting benefits, the power of conceptual meditation, mantras, jewels, stones, swords, pills, essences and essence extracts, and other fleeting substances, should not be examined, but should be viewed as the Tathagata has said. Here, White meditation, a peaceful form, performs peaceful actions, and does not do killing or other things. Similarly, black meditation, an angry form, performs killing, and does not do subjugation or other things. Similarly, red meditation, a passionate form, performs subjugation, and does not do rigidity or other things. Similarly, yellow meditation, a rigid form, performs rigidity, and does not do pacification or other things. Similarly, one should also know about poison, applying a white dot on the forehead.

The meditation on the blue color eliminates poison. The meditation on the red color causes the poison to move. The meditation on the black color allows the poison to enter. The meditation on the yellow color stiffens the poison, and the meditation of conceptual thought is limited, doing limited things. Similarly, one should understand this for jewels, mantras, and self-arising medicines. Here, if a mantra is accomplished, then the one that pacifies does not perform actions such as killing. The one that kills does not perform actions such as subjugation. The one that subjugates does not perform actions such as immobilizing. The one that immobilizes does not perform actions such as pacifying. Therefore, the knowledge of worldly beings cannot accomplish the actions of the all-knowing one who transcends the world, and similarly, the accomplishment of swords and the like is also the same. If even a single mantra is accomplished, doesn't the Bhagavan say that it performs all actions? How can it be limited? Some may have such thoughts here, therefore it should be stated. Here, even if a single mantra is accomplished, the statement that it performs all actions is not a valid measure, because of the distinctions of actions. Here, even a single mantra has distinctions due to the distinctions of actions, and this is what the Tathagata said: for pacifying, the mantra recitation ends with maḥ li (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), for increasing, it ends with svāhā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), for attracting, it ends with bau ṣaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), for separating, it ends with the syllable hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), for subjugating, it ends with bo ṣaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and for killing, it ends with phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Similarly, in the action of fire offering, distinctions are also taught based on the distinctions of the hearth. Here, in a round hearth, the mantra performed with the wood of udumbara and other milky trees, as well as ghee and milk, does not perform actions such as increasing pacification. In a square hearth, the fire offering performed with the previously mentioned wood, grains, and red substances performs increasing but does not perform actions such as killing. In a bow-shaped hearth, the fire offering performed with bone wood, human flesh, poison, and blood performs killing but does not perform actions such as increasing. In a five-cornered hearth, the tail of a crow, etc.
