Who achieves it? Completely abandoning the bliss of the Dharma that can be cognized by the external senses, possessing the nature of wisdom and skillful means, being singularly skilled in stabilizing the mind of enlightenment, and having obtained the essential instructions on the path of the wisdom of great bliss that is supremely unchanging, one does not desire the Dharma of thoroughly examining the supports and supported, signs and colors, hands and shapes, and the deities of the mandala. Furthermore, the wheel of the mandala does not abide in the mind of conceptual thought, because it is by its very nature subject to arising and ceasing. Here, in the moment when the yogi primarily meditates, in that moment there are no deities such as those of the east, and in the moment when one meditates on the deity of the east, in that moment there are no principal deities, and so on, in sequence, all the deities are absent. When one meditates on the blue face, the red and other faces are absent, and when one meditates on the red face, the blue and other faces are absent, and so on, in sequence, all the faces are absent. When one meditates on the sign of the vajra, the signs of the sword and so forth are absent, and when one meditates on the sign of the sword, the signs of the vajra and so forth are absent, and so on, in sequence, all signs will be absent, just as when the consciousness of a pot, which exists like a thing, ceases, the consciousness of woolen cloth will arise, so when the consciousness of the principal deity of the mandala ceases, the consciousness of the deity of the east will arise, thus those that have arisen are absent because they have arisen and ceased, and those that have not arisen are absent because they have not arisen, and because those that have arisen and those that have not arisen are absent, all are absent. Therefore, the yogi should not engage in conceptual meditation for the sake of the accomplishment of the great mudra. The Bhagavan, in the "Praise of the Wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, Utterly Pure," from the "Tantra of the Correct Recitation of Names," spoke the fifteenth verse as follows: "Meaning accomplished, thought accomplished, all pervasive thoughts abandoned, non-conceptual realm unexhausted, supreme dharmadhatu unknowable in its exhaustion." One should also not have the pride of Vajrasattva,

The Blessed One spoke thirteen verses from emptiness itself: Possessing wisdom and conduct, the Sugata is the supreme of worldly wisdom, not clinging to self or mine, abiding in the truth of the two truths. Therefore, for the sake of the words of the Tathagata, one should not meditate with conceptual thoughts, nor should a yogi rely on the ultimate truth with the pride of Vajrasattva. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, should first meditate on the wheel of protection from all the kings of tantras with the knowledge of suchness. Then, in one's own heart, contemplate the seed-syllable of the deity on the mandala of the moon, and purify the gates of liberation, etc. In the center of the sky, awaken the Tathagatas with the rays of the wisdom seed-syllables. Then, offer to them with mantras, confess sins, rejoice in merit, take refuge in the Three Jewels, offer one's own possessions, generate the mind of enlightenment, rely on the path, and focus on emptiness. Then, one should contemplate the Dharma-source, the nature of the sphere of space, and in its center, the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ་, Hūṃ, हूं, Hūṃ) completely transforms into a vajra ground. Alternatively, the intention of the wisdom tantra is the mandalas of wind, etc., and a tiered house on top of Mount Meru or a vajra tent. Then, from the completely transformed vajra body, all the characteristics of the mandala are perfectly complete, possessing a seat of the moon and sun. Alternatively, from the completely transformed syllable Paṃ (པཾ, Paṃ, पं, Paṃ) arises a lotus, and from the completely transformed syllable A (ཨ, A, अ, A) arises a moon mandala, or from the completely transformed syllable Ra (ར, Ra, र, Ra) arises a sun mandala. On top of that, from Āli and Kāli arise the moon and sun, and the wisdom seed-syllables, like a mirror, possessing equality, individual awareness, accomplishment of activities, and the extremely pure realm of Dharma, which is the nature of the five wisdoms, one should contemplate the form of the deity. Then, the vajras of body, speech, and mind are melted by the desire of wisdom, and the goddesses greatly inspire with vajra songs, and again the body, speech, and mind are blessed, perfected from their own signs. Then, the assembly of deities in the mandala.
